So… perhaps not Zootopia, like the other requests, but I was thinking something from Undertale. Perhaps Vekïrl is talking to Asgore or something like that while he is on his throne. Perhaps he is pleading for his life, or maybe shouting a grievance against Asgore, or perhaps something else (this, I leave to you to decide).
