Harvock's Island Vore Pack Update
I am nearing completion on my next vore pack, which features Harvock ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18499736/ ). I have a few more panels to render, and then I gotta go through and touch them up in photoshop. Once complete, it will be my largest vore pack so far.
The pack will have 2 options: clean and nude. You can get the clean version, which has no nudity, for $5. Or you can get both for $10. The nude version has a few panels that are simply re-rendered without clothes, but it also has a few added panels that show the prey being stripped. Currently, there are over 20 unique pictures, and I'm not done yet.
For those who donate on Patreon, you will get both versions.
As always, I have a few ways you'll be able to pay:
1: Donate to me on Patreon ( https://www.patreon.com/PWRof3D ). Please sign up for a donation now so you are guaranteed to get the pack when it comes out.
2: Through Paypal. Send me a note and I will get you an invoice. Once I have received the money I will share a link with you so you can download the pack(s).
3: With DA points. On DeviantART, there will be a button on the side of the deviation where you can pay with your DA points and get access to the content right away.
My plan is to have it out by the first week in June now. At least that's the goal. I'm going to be rendering then editing like crazy to get it done. But I am very happy with it, and I hope you will be too :3

It's partly the reason why Darkviper got his gallery removed.
So if you do, your gonna get into some trouble.
3D models made by the author community of Daz3D/Poser are for commercial/education/personal use only, and not for resale. Resale is by taking a model itself and reselling, or taking the copywrighted model for use in art/gaming/movies and reselling WITHOUT royalty.
So you fall under "resale use without author royalty". They are not your models to gain profits, only for the above reasons. If you do it, I'm telling you, your not gonna like what's coming from the admins. Dont believe me? Look at Darkviper. He didnt believe me, until it happened.
By buying the models, I can use it for commercial and personal animations, pictures, even 2D sprites in games (I had to ask on this on Daz's forums, and was told it was okay). What I cannot use the models for is video game characters. I cannot distribute the 3D model itself. I cannot put the model in a game without a different, special, and expensive license. I cannot distribute the model, even unrigged. However, all 2D pictures and animations I can sell and post those at will.
This is from their EULA:
Terms of Use. Two Dimensional Works. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, User may (i) access, use, copy and modify the Content in the creation and presentation of two-dimensional animations and renderings, (ii) incorporate two dimensional images (including two dimensional images that simulate motion of three dimensional objects) derived by User from the Content in User’s other works, and (iii) publish, market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense User’s two-dimensional animations, renderings and other works; provided that User may not in any case publish, market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense any renderings, animations, software applications, data or any other product from which any Content, or any part thereof, or any substantially similar version of the Content can be separately exported, extracted or de-compiled into any re-distributable form or format.
Essentially I can sell 2D renders as long as the model itself cannot be extracted from the media. And since I am not providing any 3D models, only 2D pictures, I am fine.
Lets not also forget your models are stolen by either asking for the models by CGshare or by KickassTorrents.

This list is of yours you claim that you paid for all of them. That's not even true, first of all. No one pays up to that much in models, make comissions as cheap as you are now, and make a profit back above what they all cost in total, especially the ones that are $20-60 in that looooong list of yours. Your numbers don't match in the slightest, far from it.
Not only are you trying to resale, but your reselling also stolen material.
Your making the same accusations Darkviper did. Claiming he paid for all his models, and selling his work for profit.
As I said to him before, I'll say to you now: Your gonna regret it if you do.
So post away, and think your gonna get away with it. But in the end, you'll be just like Darkviper.
A majority of my models I paid for with my own money that I earned from my job, not commissions. Commissions could never support all those models , but when I had a job, I was buying a lot of models. If you want screenshots of my 'orders' pages, I can provide them. I have over 26 pages, 10 orders per page. So before you start throwing accusations, you need to see all my evidence.
Again, I am not 'reselling' models. THAT is illegal. I am selling pictures, that's perfectly fine.
I have already been in contact with the FA admins, and I have done everything they asked me to. They asked me to make that journal, and all those links are to where I bought the models. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on them, much more than I should have. But I know the importance of supporting the artists and content creators.
A ticket has been issued for a review of your work and authenticity. If you pass, well then everything is in order. If you don't, your consequences will be shown.
The results will take awhile, as it did for Darkviper. Took about 3 weeks to a month to finish. But with the recent security breech, might take more.
It's alright though, I'm a very patient man.
