In the epilogue, after Bellwether was arrested, does Lionheart remain in jail, or is he let out with his job as mayor back?

Part of my confusion was that, in the epilogue, Lionheart was in a different uniform than Bellwether.

Lionheart remained in jail. He mostly has a prison uniform.
