Well I showed the physical therapists that I could walk, sit down, lay down, get back up, and navigate stairs. I also promised that I would not be left alone at home fir the first couple of days. With that all said and done I was released and am currently at my parents house.

Only have my cell phone, so only so much I can do. I'll be around and potentially show up in tigerdile streams to see how things are going.

Thank you for the good wishes and I hope I have a rapid recovery. Doctor says I'll have to have a fusion if this same disk herniates again.

I didn't eat much at the hospital, since I didn't want to have to try to go #2 while bedridden. Should step on the scale to see how much weight I have lost from this. HA HA.
