I heard someone say that they used Zap Creative, but this is a question I’ve been wondering about as well.

Yea I've heard that zap creatives is really hit or miss, I kno a lot of artists who said they weren't satisfied with their stuff and apparently shipping is a real pain

i havent had any manufactured, but ive done a ton of research into it since i wanted to look into it myself- madebycooper and pingamestrong were the two i was considering

Same, I'm getting some done and I'm going with madebycooper, I've contacted them and they're very professional

Good to hear! I think I'll go with them too. MadeByCooper looks excellent, but they ARE a bit more expensive and for my first pin, I would rather wait a little longer and have a better chance at the kickstarter going well and making goal.

Slightly on topic, but I was looking into shipping methods (when I actually get pins made) and found this amazing guide on how to ship the pins for under $3 and have them still tracked. Super helpful to me so maybe to anyone else scanning this.
