so yesterday, we were kind of forced into a lose-lose checkmate due to our car getting unexpectedly repossessed for a recently late payment. there was a lot of panic and stress induced reactions at the time but now. we're just trying to see if we can effectively turn this around. our apartment owner decided to be very flexible with us for this moment and we managed to get a bit of support on helping to pay the car down so we can get it back before we miss too many work days. still though, some changes will need to be made. primarily we might want to either move into a one bedroom apartment, or move further out for cheaper rent. the car expenses can't really go down so might as well tackle housing.

Alongside that though. I'm looking to become more productive in art.

I'll admit. I've kinda gotten a tad lazy lately. mostly just doing sketches of what immediately fits my fancy. now stress does also play a role in that but I haven't been drawing with the intent of making serious quality work lately. given that I want to start doing art packs, I need to establish a good visual look for my work. and get a good visual style hammered down. specifically in terms of toning and coloring.

needless to say, if I can't draw daily then I want to at least get something done every other day.
