I've primarily noticed it when a character's breasts are on display, and it requires their waist to bend in an impossible way. Their waists also tend to be incredibly small, to the point of not being physically possible. However, the absolute worst I've seen is when the torso is drawn to normal proportions, but to make the pose work they have to have the spine and waist be double the length of the torso. If you don't pay close attention it looks just fine, but when you take a closer look it reminds me of:

Yeah, this is spot-on. It's especially difficult if you have a character with wings, so you have to either go front/back/side/PoV.

Lol You’re right. I’ve noticed this too. People drawing characters bending in poses that shouldn’t work. People doing standing sex poses where they’re lifting their partner as if it was a flesh light or something. Or just poses that would work physically.

Not even just that if it’s a solo piece that draw the genitals on the body that make it forced to be seen. I’m sure you’ve seen the stomach vagina at one point

Just HAD to get both buttocks AND lady bits fully lit... as well as full sideboob from a mostly-rear view. Somehow that placement and construction of those body parts made sense to me at the time.

That's true, but as you say the most natural poses are boring for those who consume that.
I try to respect as much as I can the anatomy because it bothers me to see a character totally broken and with a forced posture

I hate this so much. IMO, it's not as sexy if it's too explicit, let alone awkwardly so.

Yes, this is something I always have in mind. Sometimes hard to pull of good anatomy when you have to go for hard angles to show the goods.
One commission I got recently I was actually quite happy to be asked to do an internal (even if I'm not too happy to do those in general), cause I could go for a dynamic position where you pretty much wouldn't see anything in any angle: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/30837308/

Part of the problem in those situations can arise from the commissioner of the image, who may have had a whole laundry list of things they wanted to see, no matter how anatomically impossible they may be when stacked up together.

I have had to rein in a good many commission requests over the years, as what was being asked for was beyond the scope of not just anatomy, but geometry - including one person whose request included so many specific details about this bit touching that bit that it would have required showing the front and back of a character at the same time.

And they never seem to want to hear that "It's there... you just can't see it because their body is in the way."

I really wish people would get it through their heads that the less specific detail they ask for, the better the image they're likely to get back.

Plus, it's really hard to make a tangled twister game of limbs sexy, and it's really not that fun to draw.

Charge extra for close ups of what they want displayed. Makes it easy

I try to avoid it by attempting to perform the pose myself... even lacking appropriate bits and flexibility. If it's not comfortable or easy to do... I try to fix it.

Obvious solution is more porn of characters admiring themselves in a mirror.
