0. HOW TO MESSAGE ME FOR BEST RESULT! QUESTIONS/REQUESTS
0.1. Basic rules
- Say hello!
- Be straight to the point and ask your question!
- Seriously, don't beat around the bush, I don't bite!
- Ask me absolutely anything relating to commissions! Don't be shy, I won't judge or laugh.
- Say thanks!
- All the previous points can be in one message/in consecutive messages, without waiting for my reply and I will love you for that!

1. COMMISSION ORDER
1.1. Openings
Commissions are open via GOOGLE FORMS for 5-10 slots every month on the 10th. To commission me you have to fill out the form accordingly. Submitting the form DOESN'T guarantee a slot. Please double check your form for spelling mistakes/typos, especially the third section of the form.
I open PWYW commissions when possible, usually in January, but sometimes in the middle of the year as well. PWYW commissions mean Pay What You Want, meaning you can pay as little as $10 and get a simple sketch.
1.2. Process
Process of every commission: sketch, lineart, flats (flat colors), shading/highlights, postprocessing. I work on commissions in order of submission - the first people to fill out the form receive their piece first.
I send you one WIP at the sketch stage (uploaded to Trello https://trello.com/b/PzDezLvr or Twitter's DM system), and one at the flats stage. You can make any changes at this stage, including requesting a different pose, expression, etc., addition of accessories, clothing, etc. I will provide another WIP by request, which could be a lineart or shading stage WIP. I will finish it after the WIP(s) are approved and you can give last THREE small changes for free, e.g. adding an accessory, changing a color, etc. You can upload the piece after it's finished anywhere anytime, don't forget to credit me. Both Twitter and FA handles are TakimiNada.
1.3. Special rules
1.3.1. Private commissions
Private commissions are not allowed, but it's possible to delay the posting of the image if you want it to be posted at a certain date/later. Please warn me about this in the commission form in the Notes section.
1.3.2. Versions/alts
I can make multiple versions of your image, such as outfit/nude, creampie/clean, etc. Mention what versions you want in the form.
1.3.3. Experimentation
I might experiment on your image, but the quality will stay the same/higher. I'll tweak colors to fit together/serve the image better a lot of the time.
1.3.4. Declining
I have the right to decline any commission at any point before it's paid for any reason without explaining why. This doesn't happen most of the time, and usually happens because of an emergency.
1.3.5. Use of the product
I may post the pieces, use them for advertisement, as well as in my portfolio. I may not use the finished commission for printing/artbooks.
You may only use the piece with personal purposes. Commercial use is not allowed unless you pay a fee! DM/note me for further detail and discussion.
1.4 Copyright/usage
I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote my business anywhere
- Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I want
The client is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves. You don't have to give me credit every time you post it but it is very appreciated.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way (selling merch, etc)
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature/watermark from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent
I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time, DM me to discuss the terms).
2. PAYMENT
2.1. Payment options and refunds
Payment is accepted via PayPal USD through invoices only. No refunds, I will always deliver your commission. You can only back out before you've paid the invoice.
2.2. Time frame
If it's been longer than a week since I've posted anything anywhere, please refer to my TRELLO for the newest information on the status of the QUEUE. I update it real-time as I work on commissions. LINK: https://trello.com/b/PzDezLvr
You can click on any card in Trello if the card contains attachments and see time and date of when I uploaded that image. If it's been less than 10 days since the last update, there's nothing to worry about, but if it's been more than 10 days, feel free to message me.
2.3. Payment plans
I accept payment plans for commissions of $200 or more: $100 upfront and two weeks to pay off the rest. For commissions of $400 or more: $200 upfront, the rest throughout the next two weeks. Your commission will be pushed back in the queue if your turn comes before you've paid in full, but won't be pushed forward if you pay faster than expected.
3. RULES
3.1. I LOVE DOING
- feminine/cute characters (any bodytype/gender, as long as not overly hyper);
- pinups;
- artistic liberty;
3.2. I WILL DO
- anthro and human characters, any furry;
- NSFW/SFW;
- character designs/refsheets;
- Telegram stickers;
3.2.1. EXCEPTIONS
- a few species of animals, ask if not sure (I'll do most tho!)
3.3. I WON'T DO
- mecha/robot characters/full body armor (ask if not sure);
- extreme fetishes (refer to this http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8886109/);
3.3.1. EXCEPTIONS
- organic mecha/small amount of robotic parts/armor is probably okay!
- designs made by Jeibon, Jush, Vani, Fishbones etc. Tastefully colourful characters are okay!
4. CHANGES
Please ask for changes as soon as you see something you want changed, as well as if you spot any mistakes in the design of your character. You get only one big chance to change things - at the sketch stage when I send you a WIP. The next chance is when the image is finished, unless you ask for another WIP. It's the client's (your) responsibility to tell me if you don't like something about the image. If you're unhappy after I've provided multiple chances to change what you don't like, that's on you. I won't accept a refund request if you're unhappy with the image because you can always communicate if you don't like something in the image. Changes are possible, and if they're not free, you can always pay extra if you change your mind on something.
4.1. What's OK
I'm ok with you asking for any kinda reasonable changes for FREE! Including, but not limited to:
DURING THE SKETCH STAGE:
- asking for a different pose when i show you the sketch;
- asking to change the position of limbs/accessories;
AFTER IT'S FINISHED:
- asking for a different color bg;
- asking for small/insignificant changes like - make the breasts/ass/etc bigger or smaller, adding extra cum, closing/opening the eyes a bit more, etc.;
- asking for stuff I missed - missed markings, piercings, other features that you HAVE on your ref but I forgot;
- etc.
4.1.1. EXCEPTIONS
AFTER I STARTED THE LINEART STAGE:
- too many changes. Three small changes are allowed for FREE after the piece is done, unless they're mistakes I made (unless your commission is a refsheet/design).
4.1. What's NOT OK
I'm NOT ok with you asking for unreasonable changes like:

- changing the whole pose;
- changing the character/idea;
- adding a completely new character to the image;
- etc.
