September twenty-eighth is mine. I never make a big deal out of it though and stopped caring about my age quite a while ago. Coincidentally my birthday is right alongside TarossB's, and we're both into 'taurtrains, go figure that out.

Do I want anything? No, for I feel like a yearly event where everyone gives you something quickly builds up clutter in your life especially when you just don't see every little toy or gizmo as worthwhile anymore.

What I am doing is taking a train.

Childhood memories when trains were of a deep interest to me allow me to recall that we took a lot of train trips out of Los Angeles Union Station down to San Diego Santa Fe station and back. It also just so happens TwitchCon gaming conference is happening in the same place. The timing is just begging to be taken advantage of, so I'll be taking an afternoon train into San Diego today, stay in the area, attend TwitchCon Sunday and take the last train out of San Diego home the same day. Should be enjoyable, lets see if it lives up to what I remember.
