Theft on the World od Two Moons!

Pieces of my Mind...
All right, Amazon, is that how it is? You're on.
Recently I was alerted to yet another Elfquest knockoff - a bootleg EQ coloring book. I contacted Amazon's legal department and demanded they remove it. They replied with "Your trademark doesn't cover this Kindle product." WTF?? It's a book! It's 100% a covered infringement. I'm still wrestling with Amazon about that - but in the meantime, I decided what the hell, if I can't immediately get the counterfeit removed, at least I can alert others. I posted a review with the lowest possible rating and a warning - and they allowed it. One down, however many more to go. It's never ending.
I love Elfquest, make no mistake, and have for over 40 years. But in case anyone has the notion that maintaining the property is all peaches and cream, there's this dark side too. I often wish I could regain the hours and money spent battling both the thieves and the uncaring business behemoths that aid them. Who knows, I might even become a little less nastybad!
This person (Jodie Young) has four (4) links in Amazon trying to sell a coloring book that is not hers to sell. Paperback, Kindle or otherwise. So the Howl is going out to give Negative Reviews.
