Terms of Service - YCH/Commissions

These are the Terms of Service for YCH/Commissions
Payment is in USD and only USD. Payment will be made through Paypal.
When you win an auction or commission me, I will send you a personal message so you can transfer the money to my account.
Payment will be upfront, with no exceptions.
Refunds will be available prior to inking. After this stage of the drawing process, there will be no refunds allowed. The only exception to this rule is if I take more than 1 month (from the date of payment) to complete your YCH/commission, in which case you may request a refund and I will cancel the YCH/commission. If the art has been completed, no refund will be accepted.
You may request edits during the sketching and coloring phases. I will send WIPs of the piece while sketching, after inking and while coloring. Once the piece has been rendered, only minimal edits will be allowed. You will then be sent a full-size image and no further edits will be allowed.
You must give credit to me, the artist, if you post the completed piece. By commissioning me you are assumed to be comfortable with me posting the finished work on my FurAffinity, Twitter, and BlueSky accounts unless you request otherwise. I will credit the commissioner when I post artwork made for a commissioner.
If you wish to use the artwork I have created for you in a commercial way, such as on merchandise, you must contact me first to discuss the terms.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I also reserve the right to refuse drawing any subject matter. Understand this is not discriminatory, but based on character and content. I do not wish to work with anyone poor in character, nor do I wish to draw content which is illegal or content that I am uncomfortable drawing.
I also reserve the right to at any point cancel and immediately refund your commission. This measure is in case of a personal emergency or in case of a commissioner's actions or words necessitating a termination of the commission.
By bidding on an auction or commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.
