There are so many people I used to talk to, quite a few I'd consider friends but with my own issues I've been rather neglectful of them.
Some folks I haven't talked to in years and I don't even know if their still around, or if they are still the same person.

I personally have never had a friend group nor do I fully understand that concept so often times I'm confused as to why I'm included in things. Maybe I'm just not capable of feeling that way for people but all the same I've been too closed up for my own good.

I seriously don't know what to do in this situatio, I've never been an expert.
