Yay! 7k!
General | Posted 15 years agoHi everyone!
Another milestone passed
Thankies for the comments, pageviews and fave's as usual :3.
Me so happy!
So time for the "stuff":
Life: Not much new stuff. The deadline of my esey is next tuesday... so i think... it would be a good time to start writing it ._. ... The uni itself is still boring (nuff said). It's good, that one can be sure, that even if the sun burns out and the world ends, some things won't change :3. I'm afraid, that the coming week won't be a good time for serious drawing. Of course i will doodle as much as possible, but most of the time i'll be trying to write the esey.
Art: My gallery speak for me :3. As You probably noticed, i did put some notebook doodles in the scraps section. Actually, they are only a top of an iceberg. If You like, i can try and post the rest . Aslo i'm happy (and amazed) how well the lovedoll pic was recived. I still need to practice a lot on the shading, but i think i'm doing some progress. I will be still using the simple drawing style, but it's good to have more than one ace up the sleeve.
Well, time for me - gotta get some sleeping :3.
Thankies for the reading, and everything!
Take care!

Mid-April Journal (couldn't get a better title . _ . )
General | Posted 15 years agoHello everyone!
It has been some time since i wrote my last journal, so i thouth i could deliver another ammount of written boredom for You. So here it is :3.
Life:
The usual - university is trying to bore me to death. And, due to the coming exams and stuff, i'm going to have more and more work. I still need to write my religion and culture exam. Although i got the general idea how it should go, i stumbled upon a small problem. I found a internet article about a work, very similiar to my idea. I already mailed it to my lecturer - i don't want to have any problems with plagiarism or stuff. If he decides, that it's something serious, i'll need to change my topic. As for the non-uni stuff - not much. Life goes on with it's slow pace, as i try to enjoy every single thing in it. The air around here starts to smell like spring, or even maybe a little bit like summer :3. I think that it would be a swell idea to go, and visit the seaside.
Furry life / art life:
Still haven't finished the roo coloring. Why? First - blame Morrowind. Second - blame the university (If something goes wrong, always blame the uni!). Beside that i'm trying to sketch some stuff, and do the requests. Currently i'm in a lovedoll tf/ rubber-latex bondage mood :3. Also... i was thinking... about posting some photo stuff? Dunno. BTW - hope You don't mind that most of the stuff that i post recently are sketches?
That's all for now i think... If something interesting happens - beware, i'll write about it .
So thank You for reading and take care!

Yay! 6000 pagevi... WHUT?!
General | Posted 15 years agoHi everyone!
Ok... Not that i'm complaining, but that was pretty fast :| . I'm afraid that some day i'll do the scene from one of Bugs Bunny's cartoons, with the big hairy monster: I'll check my pageview counter, scream "PEOPLE!" and run thru the wall (which would probably end up with a very nasty lump on my empty skull). Not so long ago i was posting the 5k journal. I remember it, like it was about 2 weeks ago...
Just jocking :3. Thank You so much for all the pageviews and comments and faves :3! And ofcourse watched - becasue i got a double milestone: 400 watches!
Now some boring stuff.
Life: Not too much happening around, except One Thing... I'm constantly between uni stuff, art stuff and random stuff. Of course all i would like to do is to sit and draw, but will they let me do it? NO! Why should they?! ( :D ). Anyway i would like to say, that i need to start writing my religion and culture esey, but i know how it all will end: I'll probably write it the day before deadline - _ - ' . Except that i'm feeling finey-fine. The holidays where very nice, had a lot'o fun.
Art: As You all probably noticed (nuff said), most of the stuff i've been posting recently are sketches. The reasons are probably that i'm still trying to get used to the windows 7 environment, and because i'm having a lot of fun doing sketches :3. Still i'm not doing as much art stuff as i would like. Anyway let me know if You have enough of my pencil work and would like to see som colorful stuff.
Ok, that's enough of boring You.
I do not have to mention, how much i don't want to go to the uni tomorrow...
Once again Thank You for the watches, comments, faves, pageviews and attention in general!
And - thanks for reading :).

8 true things about me (meme)
General | Posted 15 years agoHi everyone!
I've been tagged by
jpa2blue to write 8 truths about me. It took a while before i managed to find things, that wouldn't bore everyone around (yet still i think they are a bit dull). Anyway, here they are:
1) I can't ride a bike nor swim (although in this case, due to my weight i can float). I never learned to ride a bike beacause... well, because i never learned. Same with swimming, and it's funny, because i live by the seaside, and i love the sea...
2) I'm 1,84 meter tall, weight 60 kilograms, the lenght of my hair reaches pass the middle of my back. Some time ago, when i was working-out at my friends gym, i was able to bench press more than i weight (although never managed to press 70kg). As for flexibility... let's say i can reach some interesting spots on my body, where man try, but not too many succeed . These are maybe more than one fact, but i put them all under "Anatomy" :3.
3) I get sick rarely (and i mean RARELY). Of course, i catch some minor diesese once in a while (usually once in a year), like flu or a cough, but it lasts only 2-4 days. I don't remember the last day when i was so sick, that i couldn't go either to school, work or university. Maybe when i had chicken-pox, but that was back in primary school.
4) I sometimes wish about getting back to Engalnd, and staying there. People around here can say whatever they want, but i miss UK a lot. Of course, i love Poland, but i don't like/hate most of the people around and i hate the goverment. I really miss my job as a cleaner...
5) I Love Terry Pratchett books! I've got a whole shelf in my room dedicated to his works (except 2 larger books, which simply don't fit in). I read them in the train, at the uni, and in most of my free time, when i can't draw. My reading ratio is roughly 1 book per week.
6) I have a huge spot for old cartoons and animated movies. I can't stop from shedding a tear on some of them ( Bumbie's mom D; !). The last also counts with some normal movies...
7) I have a Obsessive–compulsive disorder. I have a hard time leaving the house, without checking if everything is closed, shut, turned off and not leaking. I guess it started, when one guy, who was spending a day at my house, went out while i was at school, leavin the house unlocked for a whole day... Thank you so much for that! I do have some other minor deviations, but i can pass them with the power of my "I-don't-give-a-shit" attitude :).
8) I have a cap... My Mom bought it for me when i visited Poland, while i was working in England. The day i got it, it was black. Now it's... grey-brown-black-ish. But then again, what would You excpect? Since then i am wearing it every time i get outside. It has seen chilling snow, soaking rain, scorching sun and other odd things in both Poland and UK. I also got some buttons (13teen actually, plus two safety pins).
Well, that's all i think. They maybe aren't the most interesting things i could come up, but then again it's good to keep something up the sleeve for future meme's/questions .
Now it's Taggin time .
So i choose...

Easter preparations = no real time to draw...
General | Posted 15 years agoHi everyone!
The title says it all... Didn't had time to do some good drawing since two days, and mostly because of easter preparations. I'm not saying that holidays are bad (although i sometimes thing that they are an emanation of evil, especially when i'm trying to do some shopping before them), but... But i wonder how it is around here, that people tent to suddenly realize that it's almost a holiday 1-2 days before. The effect of the situation is a mass assault on shooping centers everywhere. Not to mention the commercialization...
But enough of this complaint. Time to bore You with "What-i-have-done-today".
Woke up, done a daily check (FA, Bastain, DA, Fchan, random), went shopping (and survived), went to the train station (and survived again), came back, went to get the easter basket... "blessed", visited someone on the graveyard, went back home, helped with the cleaning, had a visit from a friend, who accompanied me, while i was chopping the vegetables for salad, and now... i'm here.
My head is currently filled with numerous ideas, but i'm a bit tired. Still got 4 free days, then 2 days of uni, and again 3 days of freedome, so i'll try to do as much as possible during that time (You can "whip" me from time to time as a reminder ;) ). Got an idea for a easter tf pic, but i think i made too many pics "between" the planned ones, so i'm not sure...
Anyway i'm heading towards bed now (probably...). Gotta be fully functional tomorrow.
Thanks for reading and take care!

"Ask-a-Question"... formspring?
General | Posted 15 years agoHi everyone!
Following Neybulot's wise advice, i made myself a formspring account, so You can ask me all sorts of uncomfortable and embarassing questions (if You, of course, like to and don't got anything better to do, because the whole internet, except my formspring account went down...).
So anyway here it is: http://www.formspring.me/agent88
Have fun!
And... 6k - here i come :)
Thanks for reading and take care!

What can i say? Maybe "Thank You everyone! I am truly touched, that You give my art so much attention! Thank You so much!" would be appropriate.

Beside the anniversary, i'm doing pretty fine. Survived the last week, which wasn't really hard. I had a free wednesday, due to the fact that every lecturer who was suppose to have a lecture that day with me got either sick, or was on some sort of conference. Although i should have had only 3 lectures, it would mean that i would have stayed at the uni till 6 pm. I only hope that the rector will make the next thursday a free day. Most of the people are either going home soon, or already have gone. But i cannot leave the lectures. If my memory serves me well, then i haven't missed even a single lecure in 2 years. You may say that i'm a bit slave of my own standards :).
Anyway - i've got a free day to day, and i intend to spend it doing some drawings :3. I'm trying to keep the gallery alive, although i don't post as much stuff as i would like. But i'm trying Ringo...
Anyway time for me now - art still doesn't seem to show any desire to cooperate by drawing itself.
Once again THANK YOU very much for everything!
Take care.
- Maciej
P.S. - 5k pic incoming. There will be rubber, there will be bondage, there will be kinkiness, and there will be an aweful pun :D!

Kinky Overdose + Survey/Meme (Oh, and yes - it's spring...)
General | Posted 15 years agoToo... much... kinky stuff... at... ONE TIME!
Hi everyone!
I still have a big need for either a cold shower or a bucket of ice after doing so many fave'ing at one time... I've been postponing it so long, mainly because of this reason. Funny thing is that i actually remember who, what and where i want to fave, but now it's official. Worry not - Fave'ing shall be continued.
So, it's spring. Flowers grow, birds sing and the sun shines (but somewhere else...). It got nice and even a bit warm, but the weather is still a bit greyish in the small post-soviet country. I got my pc back, and i finally know what was the source of the "problem". It seems that older games weren't meant to work on quad processors (i do have one), thus the lack of good performance. The guy at the shop told me there are some applications which may help to synchronize the cores work, so i think i need to look for them...
Also passed another milestone - 1k fave's!!! Thank You very much. To celebrate this "achievement" i thought it would be a good idea to do a small survey... meme... thing. I want to do this because my art is "For furries, by furries" and i would be very glad if it could make someone happy (at least). And because i love to interact with others and know their opinion :3. I do realize that i'm still relatively a new artist around, but it's always good to know. Oh, and because it's fun...
I've... "borrowed" this one from one lovley vixen, who goes by the name
rubbervixen. I did modify it a bit to fit my needs. If You care to participate, please anwser frankly - some critique won't kill me ...
Pro
1) I like when you draw...
2) I wish you drew more...
3) I love how you draw...
4) If I could get you to draw anything I'd get you to draw...
5) My favorite part of your work is...
Con
6) I hate when you draw...
7) I wish you drew less...
8) Please, stop drawing...
Other Thoughts
9) When I think of your art I think...
10) If I had to describe your work I'd say...
Added
11) You need to work on improving...
12) I wish Your art was more/less kinky...

March as a mad hare...
General | Posted 15 years ago"Imagine that among millions of parallel worlds, there is one, where human foot never stood. A world inhabited by what we would call anthropomorphic animals, which created a civilisation, not so different from our. Think about one specific creature, who is now sitting in front of a computer, logging to a website, dedicated to a strange (in their standards) fandom. Now imagine, that She or He has a "Human-sona", to which he or she is very emotionally attached and resembles to. The being is looking at the screen, and sees... You."
Hi everyone!
Sorry for the intro, i couldn't help myself. I'm sure somebody used this idea.
Anyway it's still march, and i have to admit, it is a rather good month for me. Why? Mostly because of two major things. First, which You already know, is that i got a scanner! The second one, is that i recived a wonderful, wonderful pic from :userjpa2blue: (THANKS!). There are also the small things, that make me happy. For example: today was the first warm day of the year in the small post-soviet country. Even the sea is changing it's color from grey to blue.
Only one thing is between me and the weekend: Friday. After that, back to some proper drawing, although i have to admit that i don't do "art" as much as i would like. It's like there where 3 forces that have a influence on me: My laziness, the things that the world is throwing towards me and the burning art rage inside me, shouting and trying to break loose. I'm trying to use the 3rd one...
Another interesting thing is that my PC isn't probably broken. The guy from the customer service at the shop told me an interesting thing: it is probable, that my PC is too good for games that i want to play. The whole thing is probablly caused by the fact, that my processor had 4 cores and older games don't really work too well on that. He also told me, that there might be a program, which helps to "synchronize" the cores, to make them work better with older games. I'll have to check that...
Well time to go. The night is still young, and i'm starting to have an urge to sketch something... NAUGHTY. And still i got some requested stuff that just screams for attention.
Thanks for reading and take care!

New scanner and Weekend plans...
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Once again i survived the onslaught of boredome my uni gave me this week. It was so boring, i only managed only to do some doodles. Except those in my notebooks...
Luckily my weekend is starting tomorrow, so i'll have a lot of time to do some yummy drawing. By the way - maybe i should post more sketches in my gallery, how do You think?
As far i love my new scanner. The resolution of the scan is just awesome (at least for me). A normal piece of paper (210×297 mm, A4 format) is scanned as 3100x2300 pixels, which i find just yummy. I don't even know if i can set a better resolution, but i doubt it'll be needed. It does a damn great job if someone asks me . And it's very silent.
Apart from the regular request stuff i do have some other plans and ideas for pics. Most of them are rubber (duhhhh...) but there is also one plant, and some inanimate/petrification ones. Also... maybe i need a new avatar. I like this one, but... it doesn't have enough fur (although i did shave myself recently :D).
Well, time to go. Gotta relax a bit after the long day.
Thanks for reading and take care!

P.S. Maybe i'll post some of my notebook doodles :3.

Yay! 4k!
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
4000 pageviews! Not a bad score, considering that i earned 1k in a month. Thanks again everybody .
March! And it's snowing again...
This was a bit tough week. Mostly because of the uni. It seems i'll be organizing a cinema at my university, as a part of my "cultural animation" class. This is planned to be done near halloween, and we'll (my 2 member squad) be showing horrible, low budget horror movies. Another funny thing is, that i'll be writing my year work from "Culture and Religion" about connections between mythical/religion heroes and computer games. The point will be that main characters from, for example Baldur's Gate, Morrowind, Fallout and other have a almost identical path as the mentioned heroes. I still don't know how it'll look in general, but sounds fun (and my lecturer said that it's a good idea).
Apart from that i'm a bit tired - 3 long days in a row can really suck the life out...
But happily it's weekend! I'm planning to relax while drawing something. It's a month since i posted anything (shame on me...). And i should better be more careful, because i'm starting to draw furry/rubber/tf stuff in my notebooks :O (apart from the rest of the sketches and doddles, which are 50% of the stuff i actually do on lectures). Maybye i'll post some of them here.
Anyway it's time for me - i need to do some minor shopping, and then "West and wewaxation at wast! as Elmer Fudd says.
So thanks for all the Pageviews and reading!
Take care.

"Mortimer, We're Back!"
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
What can i say - the title explains all .
At least that's one problem down.
The last interactive "Ask-a-Question" journal was a huge success. Thank You for participating in it - it was a pleasure for me to give some info about me :3.
It's time for me. The gallery is getting a bit dusty, and now i can't use the "I-don't-have-a-scanner" excuse...
Thank You all for reading and take care!

P.S. What is that "Thing" on my avatar O_o ?

Interactive "Ask-a-Question" journal.
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Well, not much has change since the last journal (except i reached 300 watches - Yay!). I remember like it was yesterday... As a matter of fact - it was.
But anyway, i though that it would be, maybe not good, but a interesting idea to do one of those interactive "know-me-better" journals. I of course do realize, that i'm neither a popular nor well known person, but still it may be fun.
So if the TV isn't working, all Your friends are busy, the whole internet is down (except this page) and You don't have anything better to do, You can take part in this "Ask-a-Question" journal. The whole thing goes like this: You can ask me about anything, and i'll try to answer forthright. Just please don't ask things like "What is the meaning of life?" or "Who the hell is Leonardo Leonardo?". My omniscience got a bit... overstrained recently. So try to ask about things related to this "artist" .
So grab all Your inconvenient questions and just throw them at me for Your joy and entertainment! This is the "Ask-a-Question" journal...
Thanks for reading and all the watches !
- Maciej
P.S. - Due to the differences between the time zones i may answer at some weird time of the day, but still i'll do it ASAP .

Me vs. Computer Repair Service (and a usual journal)
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Oh, what a interesting week it was! So many things have happened, so many twists and turns... But i'll better get to the point :3. I have some good news, and of course - bad news. I'll start with the bitter, and later head on to the sweet...
Bad news:
My PC came back from the service! After 17 (working days) away it had returned - still broken... Was This Trip Really Necessary? The guys at the main service found the "source" of the "problem" and changed the graphic card. And yes, that didn't even help a bit. I am starting to think, that... maybe i'm just overreacting? Maybe i just demand too much from a normal PC. Let's face it - most of the games have very high requirements, and i just can't demand them running smooth on a newly bought PC. Yes, i agree - Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has very high req, and it needs a very good hardware to run smoothly, with all the effects and physics engine. Dawn of War - I do realize, that the enormous mass of detailed units fighting on the screen, with all the graphic effects can slow even the best equipment down. And i am absolutely sure, that Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, a game that came out 8 years ago just can't run withouth slowing down... Yup - It's all in my head :3.
Sorry for the sarcastic tone and all the whinning, but i just had to let it out. Actually, i'm neither surprised nor angry. Things like this are my daily bread. I'll just raise my war-banner and head towards the shop where i did purchase my newest computer. Will see what i'll managed to do...
I went thru the week according to the new university plan. First impression: it sucks... I really don't know who comes up with such ideas. 2 days in a row i'm spending my whole day at the uni. What's worse - one of those days is a university day equivalent for swiss cheese - 4 lectures streched from 8 in the morning, till 6 in the afternoon. The 1,5h "windows" don't allow me to go back home. I can't even go and see a movie during that time. Of course, i could be drawing - but it's either the "Knee" or in public. And i'm already too much of a sociopath to be seen with the stuff i draw - "I love what i do, and what i do isn't pretty ".
Also i have two new lectures: History of Music and Animation of culture. The first is ok, with my favourite laid back, Freddy Mercury wanna-be (You just gotta love that guy). The second, despite the name, doesn't have anything in common with animation (and remember... No smoking, and no flash photography). It's basiclly another "do-a-complex-and-absolutely-pointless-task" which comes in the "teamwork" package! Not that i don't like teamwork - i just hate working with people who i don't like... And the possible choice for team mates is very wide: from supersonic-sister to infinite forehead...
But enough of bad thing - let's head on to the good ones.
The Good news:
Got me grade - me looking for scanner :3. Currently i'm checking which one would be aproppriate. I do not want one which will show me the pecks of dust on the paper, yet a good would be nice to have. I need to buy it, because having one in my room works on me like a constant motivator. Withouth a mean to show my art i feel... incomplete.
Bought some yummy stuff durind last week/weeks. First of all i managed to buy not one, not two, but three - yes, You heard me good - Three pairs of handcuffs! Key included. And i'm talking about the quality ones :). They costed me 18 zlotych, which is about... 6$. Not a bad deal in my opinion. But the best came latter. In a second hand shop, with clothing and "stuff" form the UK i found this:
THIS
"This" little baby is probably new, came with a nice bag and a filther. It did need some cleaning, but apart from that, it's lovely. It costed me 35zlotych (about 12$), but i find it still a very good addition to my gas mask collection (remind me to post a photo of them). I admit - i have a huge gas mask fetish :3.
That's the news. Currently i'm sitting in my humble lair, enjoying a relaxing evening at my favourite page. I'm trying to draw lots of stuff, but due to the cameras bi-polar attitude it's a bit hard to get a good photo (IF i manage to do it). Except the very delayed requests, for which i am sorry - i'll try to send them as soon as i get my hands on a scanner, i do have some ideas, which i want to commit to paper. Most of them involves rubber, bondage, tf or all at the same time :3. I just regret to be distracted too often (mostly by uni).
Well that was the good, the bad, and the kinky. I'm going to relax a bit more.
Thank You all for reading and take care!
-Maciej

***News bulletin***
General | Posted 16 years agoGood *insert Your current daytime* Fur-ladies and Gentle-furs. This is Ron Typical speaking to You live from the "I-SUCK" studio, somewhere-west-europe. We bring you the top international news for today.
First up today - A tragic accident in the "Agent-drawing-naughty-stuff" art company. Two days ago, the company's main media transfer installation has ceased to work, which left the company unable to export their products. The source of this catastrophic failure is still unknown. The company's main engineer says "It just doen't want to do photos anymore". We have spoken with the chairman of the board. Asked about how this malefunction may last, He replied "I still don't got my university grant...". We shall inform You about the situations progress.
Next up - The super-computer still missing. Our reporter, Jane Idle is currently in "somewhere-who-cares". Jane - how does the situation looks?
Jane *war-sounds-in-the-background* - Well Ron, despite this grim incident, it's a normal day in "I-wish-i-were-somwhere-else" - the sociaty is very enthusiastic about the Winter Olimpics. The opinions about this countries chance to win are divided. Everybody here is sure that their representatives will surely take at least 100 first places. The rest of the world falls on the ground and starts laughing histericlly.
But back to the news. The last sightings of the supercomputer come from the 23rd of January, when the unit was forced to perform a general repair. Since that day it hasn't been seen by anyone. We posses only scarce information about the supercomputer being held near the capitol of "I-don't-have-an-idea", yet this weren't officialy confirmed. A search & rescue action hasn't been started yet. The official statement is "We'll still give him a week to show up. After that, we'll nuke'em, surround everyone with everything we've got, then nuke'em again, ask questions, and nuke'em again. That is a standard procedure in such situations. And no, this isn't underwear on my head - it is a highly specialistic equipement. And no, i didn't escape from a mental facility. Also, please do not pay attention to those men with nets, who are running after me all the time. Thank You".
This was Jane "Fruitcake" Idle, speaking live from "OMG-there-is-a-giant-strawberry-here".
Ron: Thank You Jane. The whole world was shocked by this horrific disappearance. Since the super-PC went MIA, the main pilot was forced to use a older version. Unable to operate the newest software, he was forced to play old D&D games, which had a terrible influence on him. Our specialist state that his N.E.R.D level has gone up approximately 37%, and his D.N.D and G.E.E.K levels about 14%. We would show You a film footage, but it was so horrifyng, twisted, and inappropriate for viewers between the age of -1 to 999 years, that our camera oparator went mad, and run away. The crew of the I-SUCK channel will miss him, and we all wish him good luck in the coming presidential election.
This is all for today. Thank You for watching us. Tune in next time, for the newest news bulletin.

Ideas vs. Scannerless
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
I won't bore You with my babble, about the fact, that i don't got a scanner, so i'll cut it short and say only - it sucks...
Anyway i wanted to say that i'm still alive and trying tidy up all the ideas for the pics. I have to admit, that i got one or two too many of them. Whenever i'm starting to doodle something, i can't decide what it shall be. If You combine it with my tendency to be distracted by shi... Oh look, a shiny button on my pc! So, what was i saying? Ah, yes - i should start doing a list or something like that.
My day - a rather typical saturday. Done a daily morning check on FA, deviant and other sites, then went for some shopping, ate yesterday pizza, done some stuff (cleaning, doodling, playing Baldur's Gate) and now i'm here. I'm planning some drawing now - if i manage to do something creative i'll maybe post some pictures of it.
PC - still at repair. If the guy from the service was telling the truth, they have only 4 more working days to fix it. After that i'm going there to rain my wrath upon them (or atleast demand the return of my computer). It's a pity, that the repair took almost my whole free time, but hey - at least i had some time for practicing my skills. When i'll get it back, i have some undiscussed matter with Oblivion and Dawn of War...
Sorry for the requests to go so slow, but even if someone would like a sketch, i can only offer a bad picture of it. I'm waiting for my "awesome" university grant to come, so i can once again search for a good, affordable scanner. Tried it a few times, but either i found some (sorry for the language) crappy ones, which were not worth their price or the super-multi-devices, of which i mentioned before (and which are a bit beyond my financial abillities). Also i cannot borrow the scanner from my friends girlfriend (politics...).
As for the fursona stuff - me happy :). I'm very happy to be around (both metaphorically and literally). I'll be trying to be more active and stuff. The only thing i regret, is that i didn't "show up" earlier. But will try to make up for lost time .
If only i could attend to all the nice furry cons...
That's all i think...
Thank You all for reading and take care.
-Maciej
P.S. - The sun always shines on TV...

3000 views (again...)! This is one of the two things that make me happy :3
The second one is that i've passed an exam today, scoring 4,5 (4+) out of 5. Not so bad ...
Anyway - the "thing" which appeared in the gallery can be called (more or less) my "fursona". I think it came out pretty good, although i will try to work on it from time to time. Maybe i'll even place a photo for comparing...
Well, time to go.
Thank You all for the attention and the pageviews !
Take care.

One down, one to go...
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Got thru the first "exam" today, scoring 5 out of 5 points. It wasn't really hard - just a short talk about "Did You enjoy reading those books" or "What did You find interesting in them". Funny thing is, that whether i'd passed it or not, it doesn't matter, as this class has a endyear pass. But i'm happy, because i don't need to read those books anymore, and i can get back to more interesting activites such as:
- reading Terry Pratchett books,
- drawing,
- world domination
- ?
- profit.
There's one more conversation i have to pass on 4th of Febuary, yet i have the feeling it will be the same as the one today. I still got to write an essay, but i've got a lot of time, as the winter examination session started, which means no classes for me .
The bad thing is i had to leave my new PC for repair, which will take about 1-2 working weeks. Bummer... No Oblivion or Dawn of War for me them - will be playing good old games like Baldur's Gate or Arcanum.
Still scannerless (nuff said). This ofcourse doesn't mean i've stopped drawing, but i won't be able to do proper coloring - so for now only sketches (except the fursona sketch, which will drive me crazy... or crazier, considering i'm a bit insane at the moment).
And now a fun fact: Something for all You petrification and inanimate fans out there. While reading an article about the gods of chaos form the Warhammer universe some time ago, i've stumbled upon an interesting thing about Slaanesh, the Chaos god of desire (more precisely his Castle). Here is a quote from a wikipedia article:
"The third is full of tapestries and statues of a sexual nature, to touch or look upon them is to become stone, or be sucked into the fabric of the tapestries."
I guess that most of You, especially Warhammer fans already knew this, yet i felt the urge to share this "finding".
Well, me thinks that's all.
Thank You all for reading and take care!
- Maciej
P.S. The featured submission will be now the work, which scored the most views.
Thought of the day:
"For those who seek perfection there can be no rest on this side of the grave."

Bye-bye winter semester!
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Yup - today was the last day of my winter semester at the uni. Goodbye lectures, hello exams. Got only two of them to go next week: one from my anthropology and the other from monographic lecture. Both of them require reading some boring books. That is one of the reasons i don't get enough time to do some proper drawing. I still need to read about 500 pages till next tuesday, not to mention some revising. Apologies for the slow requests...
Anyway not much happening around. When not reading books about primitive tribes of the west pacific, i'm trying either to get the line are for the requests done, or sketch some kinky-rubbery ideas for practice (got some of them up my sleeves...). I mainly try to improve my skills in drawing latex light marks. Most of them that i've done before were placed almost randomly. I need to practice drawing other species than k-9's (although i admit i'm getting better at those ). Also... maybe i'll try to draw a reference sheet of my fursona, or something like that...
That's all for now i think.
The night is calling - i have to go...
Thanks for reading and take care!

Scanner - absent, Messanger - present
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
A short one this time and only two things to tell:
1) I still don't got a scanner (Nuff Said...)
2) For those interested, i can be contacted thru google talk. I've got if for some time, but forgot to mention about it - my bad ^^'. So if anyone of You has too much time, and feels a strange desire to waste it, here is my gtalk adress: agent.maciej@gmail.com. I function in Central European Time.
Well, that's all. I'm going back to my empty, scannerless life.
Thanks for reading and take care!

B-Day number XXII!
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
What a way to spend a b-day :). Most of the day (something like 10 hours) i was at the university, plus 2 hours in the public transport. After i came back home, i had a tiny b-day party, with some pizza and cake . And now i'm relxing.
As You probably noticed from my gallery, i still suffer from the chronic lack of scanner. Since monday i didn't have enough time for a proper search, and they still don't have the one i was looking for at the shop. It seems i'll have to invest more money to buy a more expensive one. It sucks not-having a scanner...
As for the fursona thingy... I had a minor brainstorm recently. Many brain cells have fallen during it (their sacrifice shall not be forgotten...). And i think, i'll have a canine fursona.Yes, i know i change my mind to often, and i do apologize all You furry-ferret-fans out there. Not that i have anything against them - on the contrary, but i think i'm not the kind of ferret person, if You know what i mean. Still... maybe some latexy ferrets will appear in my gallery some day.
I've placed some of the project sketches in the gallery, but i'll still have to work on the whole thing. I do like all animals, but i always had a weak spot for K9's ;).
Time to go. There is stuff to do, and the night is young
Take care everyone, and thanks for reading!
-Maciej
P.S. - I wish You could drop by for a piece of pizza or cake.

It's another scannerless monday...
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Mission status report: still scannerless. They didn't have the one i wanted. I could buy a multifunction device, but i don't really need a scanner/printer/copier/fax/coffee machine/death ray... Just a scanner. But on the other hand - that death ray could be useful... Although i would prefer something less lethal, like a Tf gun, or a rubberizing ray, or something.
Anyway, for those interested - my fursona search is almost done. This is the final trio:
1) ferret (winner?) Honk! <- Click it!
2) dog
3) goat (maybe next time...)
I dobut things will change till thursday, but you can never be sure (i have to admit - i'm still not sure which one it'll be). I've posted the first sketch, which i found to be good enough (not bad enough?) for public viewing. Will try to work on it still - i'm thinking about making it less antrho. I just hope i'll post some better drawings. It's a bit hard doing photos of pic with a medieval camera. I bet that if i opened it, i would find a small mice powering it...
I will try to get some fun/rest today, for the university triathlon, which ist starting tomorrow (that is - tuesday, wednesday, thursday). But happily there is a small prize waiting for me at the end of the third competition - b-day pizza! Yes, it is the day, when my foul presence arrived to this world. By the way, despite my usual good karma, i have a rotten luck for b-day dates during my studying. This year i'm spending most of the day at the uni, while last year i had an exam .
Time for me - got a lot a stuff that i won't do.
Thanks for reading and take care!

"Houston, we have a problem."
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
I have faced a minor difficulty yesterday. A minor, tiny annoyance. The slightest hitch, not even worth mentioning. I do wonder why i am whining about it...
...
I had to give back the scanner, which i borrowed from a friend. So no pic-posting until i get a new one. I'll search for it either today or tomorrow. I only hope i can manage to find one cheap enough for me to afford.
Anyway i did survive the first university days after the long break. Wasn't that bad. Just boring. I could post some of the sketches i've done, while not-listening to the lecture, but...
Only six days left, and the fursona-fight is almost done. Only 3 competitors are still present on the arena, and at least one of them looks, like he needs a break. I hope i'll be able to send at least a sketch version.
That's all - got to go.
Thanks for reading and take care!
-Maciej
P.S. YAY! - 2k hits (again...)

No rest for the wicked...
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone!
Currently i'm in my "DO NOT WANT" mood, due to the fact that holidays ended and i have to go back to the university. So... DO NOT WANT!
The christmas and new year celebrations were fun, but i'm afraid i got horribly lazy during this time (as if i wasn't this way before). Only sketches, which are not appropriate for public view have been brought to life during this period. I hope that the monsterous experience, which awaits me tommorow will also be a good motivator for a more interesting work. Got a lot of stuff to do and some ideas waiting to be used.
I still haven't decided about my fursona. The candidates are head-to-head, and time is scarce. I've got less than 10 days to do it, but i hope i'll manage it. One thing that i learned while working, is that people tend to work very good, feeling the lash on their backs (speaking metaphorically of course). Hope it'll work on me this time .
It's time for me. Have to get some good sleep before standing against the onslaught of useless information. And i still got to read four "ultra-interesting" books... yay!
Take care and thanks for reading.
-Maciej.
P.S. I could post a dozen of "Do not want" pics with kitties crying in the shower cabin, but i thought that one of my most favourite quotes would give a good image of my current mood:
"He had spent years in search of boredom, but had never achieved it. Just when he thought he had it in his grasp his life would suddenly become full of near-terminal interest. The thought that someone could voluntarily give up the prospect of being bored for fifty years made him feel quite weak. With fifty years ahead of him, he thought, he could elevate tedium to the status of an art form. There would be no end to the things he wouldn't do."
- Rincewind, Sourcery, Terry Pratchett

First 2010 Journal
General | Posted 16 years agoHi everyone and welcome... to the FUTURE!
I have to admit - it does look almost the same as the old year... But it has just started, and i shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
Despite some minor inconvenience, the party was ok. Always nice to have a interesting conversation with drunk people, who can't really say what they are celebrating. Like i wrote before - ate a lot of junkfood, salads and watched horrible TV shows. What else could i wish :).
Anyway - A new year started, and some old work needs to be done. I did manage to do some requests, yet there are still many due. As for the fursona - the race is still on, and we don't have a sure winner. But something is slowly taking the lead. Something... horny .
Again it's time for me. Although i wrote the previous journal last year, a lot has happened between, and i need a little sleep to regenerate.
Take care everyone in... THE YEAR 2010!
-Maciej (ver. 2010)
