New story finished. Technically the subjects may all be over eighteen years of age, but two age in such a way that they are still adolescents so I'm erring on the side of caution and keeping it off here. It's at Eka's and SoFurry.

I'm working on something appropriate for this site, honest!

It's up on SoFurry and Eka's (see the previous entry for the URLs). A continuation of the last thing that I put up.

It's a rather short chapter (I've been working more on a few other stories, but none of those are yet finished) and I didn't quite expect it to end where it did but it seemed a proper breaking point.

Also, someone commented in another journal that they prefer male prey. Sorry to disappoint this time, but I'm quite close to finishing another work that might appeal to you.

Yes, I am very slow to work. I'm easily distracted, hard to motivate and I had a hard drive crash. The last one might actually have helped, though, because the original draft was awful. That is, worse than what I ended up doing.

The server on which I stored my WIP stories went down. And didn't come back up. Of three drives in it, I've only been able to get data from one, and it isn't the one that held the stories. Another I am pretty sure is dead, and a third may or may not be dead but I don't know if it had my story works or not.

I've restarted one work, but this will unfortunately delay a few things :P

As if I weren't slow enough already.

As stated to the two people who might have read my last journal entry, I am breaking up my next work into three parts. Part 1 is up, but due to ToS concerns (I don't know if stories are covered, because last I checked the ToS specified artwork, but I didn't want to take a risk) it's not here on FA. I've put it up on SoFurry ( http://bartaugh.sofurry.com/ ) and on Eka's Portal ( http://aryion.com/g3/user/Bartaugh ).

I've also taken down anything that might run afoul of the ToS, specifically anything featuring underage characters. They are still up on SoFurry and on Eka's. I've also uploaded some older works to here that won't violate the ToS.

I do have another project that will go up here, but it'll be AFTER all three parts of the most recent work are finished.

My current project is long. Probably longer than anything that I have done before. Rather than put something up that would be tl;dnr for a lot of people who otherwise might be interested, I'm breaking it up into chapters. It'll probably end up being three total (two might be awkward, four would require excess fragmentation).

Anyway, I've made enough progress to consider what will be chapter 1 "finished". I'm going to do a little last-minute proofreading and editing and then I'll be putting it up online tonight. Chapter one does have "action", so hopefully people who enjoy the adult content of my work (all three of you) won't be left in anticipation.

Also, it's not going to be on FA. TOS issues and all. It will be on Eka's Portal and on SoFurry.

Okay, I have too many watches (that is, more than zero) to let my work stagnate. I'm going to try to get SOMETHING completed by the end of the year. Due to FA's new rules, I may not post it here (and I may be taking down some of the things that are here, though I will be putting up anything that I have that isn't in violation of the new AUP), but I will at least put up a pointer to where anything new may be found. When there is something to be found. Which there isn't. Yet.

I am working on new stuff, when I am not distracted by shiny things. Unfortunately, I seem to live in a world of chrome. Also, I lack focus, so I may hack out half of a story in one week, only to want to work on a different story the next.

I checked FA this evening and saw three new watches (with a fourth having signed up awhile ago).

I'll be submitting things shortly. Yes, I have a story to submit that is the source of the pics done by Beachfox. I will be moving some of my older works here soon also.
