Instead of going into all the specifics, I'll keep it brief:
The good: This was the best con I've been to in quite some time. The crowd was great, the atmosphere was great, and I got to meet a lot of new folks, plus some long-time online acquaintances I wasn't expecting to meet. Staying at the hotel was definitely an improvement over last year's "Commuter-Con". Also, wolf got his DRANK on. Ssssseveral times.
The bad: The unscheduled trip downtown to get my phone fixed. Four hours of my life that I'll NEVER GET BACK D: Not enough time to hang out with all those fantastic folks. Getting tired much earlier than usual and being sleepy/grumpy. Typical furry awkwardsauce moments.
The everything else:
After all the time chatting online with them, it was great to finally meet
chadfoxx, 
maneater and 
neokai in person, and spend some quality time hanging out.
I got to meet
hawkwolf, 
ideno, and 
bloodhound, who were all fantastic.
uro, 
eccentricdroll, 
h-dub, 
dadingo, 
chipfox (who also has one of the most adorable fox suits I've ever seen) and 
killerbunnys were all fun to meet and party with, especially with alcohol.
Also, a last-minute guest appearance by

Anyways, to supplement my "income", I'm opening things up for commissions.

Back From Seattle, Thoughts and WEREWOLVES :o
Posted 19 years agoI just got back from Seattle on Sunday night, and it's official: I had the best time of my life.
I got to shop at Pike's Place Market, Uwajimaya (a Japanese/Chinese/Thai/Vietnamese market, which in my opinion is 100 times better than Mitsuwa, for those of you who know what the hell I'm talking about), had dinner in the Space Needle with a group of furries, had a sushi pigout with another group, and spent some awesome time with Elle, Lykanthrope, and others.
And the biggest shock: The weather was nicer in Seattle while I was there than it's been all week here in Indiana.
Which leads me to the next topic: Do any of you Seattle-area furs know of any good schools out there that offer Graphic Design and/or Architecture, as well as Japanese language? I'm looking to transfer myself out that way soonish, if possible.
And finally, WEREWOLVES. After clickifying on Modem Redpill's journal, I got sucked into the game thing too, so anyone reading this, go here: http://world4.monstersgame.co.uk/?a.....p;vid=47033629

Long story short. Girl on bicycle. Pretty anime boy just standin' there. Little angle/force control gauge ala any golf video game ever made (Or, comparably, Silent Hill 4). Hours of insanity.
