Am I the only one?
Posted 4 years agoI just gotta say, I feel so excited and thrilled when an artist I follow happens to follow me or favorite art that I put out (granted I mostly put out base art, but still). Anyone else feel giddy and excited when that happens? Or am I just a dork? Regardless, I really appreciate it and it encourages me to keep trying. Thank you!

Posted 5 years agoHello!~ Welcome to my Terms of Service!
1) I have the right to decline any work of my choosing. Usually this is because I feel like I would not do the sona/character proper justice in my style.
2) Credit must always be given appropriately. Since most of my artwork is made with Bases, ALL parties need the credit when put up. Usually I include the proper credits on the works that I do, so please do not remove them without including the information somewhere (ex. in caption/bio of img or in a pinned comment).
3) Don't offer what you don't have. This is in terms of funds for purchasing. If you do not have the cash for the art, please do not offer without consulting me about getting a possible hold. I do offer to hold adopts and slots for YCHs usually up to 2 weeks max. It is YOUR responsibility to reach back out to me when you are prepared! Sometimes I will reach out, but that is not a guarantee. Once the time expires, I have and will use the right to release the hold and put it back up for sale. I do not extend hold times.
Adopts!~
Any adopts that I make are allowed to change gender and species. You can do small little design tweaks, but do not make them unrecognizable. You may claim the character, but the design and base-works need to be credited appropriately. You may not sell them for more unless they come with extra character-related works (ex. art, crafts, suits, etc.). I wish to be notified of change of ownership, it is not mandatory but I like to follow my babies. You may not trace any of it, period.
Commissions!~
Payment must be provided prior to work done. I may alter the pricing of certain artworks depending on the complexity of the character. Credit must be given where due. Do not hassle me about when you will receive your works, I am a mother of 2 small boys and they come first. I usually have a 2 week turn around, and I will try to keep you updated with progress. Little nudges for a progress report is perfectly acceptable, just don't harass me please. When in doubt, ask. :3
Refunds/W.I.P. Stages!~
I will NOT provide refunds on purchased adopts. I WILL issue refunds to those who are waiting on work from me that have not been started on. Once I have begun on the project, I will no longer issue refunds on the piece. Once you receive the wip, that is the time to tell me if you want any changes or alterations. During the wip phase, I will make alterations/changes per your request as best I can. Once a wip is agreed upon, I move on to the next stage until completion.
Auctions!~
After an Auction is won, you have 48hrs to provide a form of contact with me and/or payment for the item. Failing to do so will result in the item going back up for bid and be considered a Failure to Comply in my t.o.s.
Failure to comply in any of my terms may result in blocking, blacklisting, a beware post, etc.
