I apologize for my absence in posting. A lot has been going on behind the scenes & while I can't get into the not super great stuff- I can at least give a small update on what's going on now!

|| Relationship / LDR Update ||
So as of 5/10/25, my girlfriend has returned home to her state (legitimately across the US). It's been rough on us both, so posting & creating art was pushed to the back burner of my mind due to my emotional status & current health situation. While I'm aware & don't need to be told that we're living in such an amazing era where technology allows us to call, hang out, game, etc- Things are still settling in with me, especially the fact I'm kind of alone again. Which honestly scares me.

|| Bodily Health Update ||
Health wise- I am not dying (thank goodness).. but I was diagnosed as a type two diabetic back in February. I've had a lot of scares with new medications, anxiety, & in general just trying to focus on reversing this as fast & as safely as possible. I was originally 400 lbs (not my proudest moment.. believe me. I don't need to be flamed for it more than I already flamed myself), I'm now at 339 lbs, I've been working out, taking the time to make sure I'm eating carefully & doing things right. However in this same motion- I've also learned a lot about what's wrong with me. I wasn't aware I had more issues outside of this that were caused by my recent ex Husband (mental traumas / disassociation / etc.) I never knew how badly it could catch up with my body- & how much of a toll it would take. However.. I am doing everything I can to get better so I can get back to posting art!

As some of my watchers know.. I filed for Divorce this year. We have split amicably, while he definitely did some shady stuff & made my life hell for awhile.... we both agreed it was time. We just want each other happy & healthy. For context.. My husband & I were in a Open Relationship which converted into a Polyamorous one, which is where my girlfriend comes in to play.. Over time things just- kept getting worse. (Between My Husband & I). My girlfriend could see I was suffering, and wasn't able to function well, so she helped us talk things through together before we finally decided to end it. After this... there was a situation where law enforcement was involved regarding something with my soon to be ex husband. It shattered all trust, all those things I thought I knew about him, everything.... So now I'm here sitting everyday questioning things. But things will get better.. I hope-

Due to recent issues that I cannot go into full detail with...

My Rights

Commission TOS
❧ I will update you during the pieces creation from the following stages: Discussion, Sketch, Lining, Color, Shading, Completion.
❧ Changes can ONLY be made during the SKETCH & LINING phase! If changes are wanted after this phase it will cost additional on top of the overall commission!
❧ If you wish to find the progress of your commission outside of DMing me directly my Trello is linked within my Carrd for your access!
❧ My main forms of Communication are Instagram, Discord, & Telegram. This way it keeps communication easy & clear.
❧ If you request Lineart / Just a sketch you are NOT allowed to use it as a base to color it. If I have found out you’ve done so you will be Blacklisted.
❧ Do NOT remove my watermark. If you would like it moved to a better place just ask- but do not purposely remove it.
❧ Do NOT ghost / not respond to me when approaching the payment part of discussion. This will get you blacklisted.

Adopt TOS
❧ Once you purchase an adopt you are free to use it as you please! However anyone caught using a character for Zoophilic Content / Illegal Content will be Blacklisted.
❧ You can Commission anything of them. (Potentially get a few discounted commissions from me as well!)
❧ Edit the designs species, eye color, etc!
❧ Add minimal changes: Wings, Horns, etc!
❧ Credit me for the design as well as the base’s creator!
❧ Do NOT heavily reference my designs.
❧ Do NOT Steal my designs & attempt to claim as your own.
❧ Do NOT sell the design for more than you bought it for. Unless you’ve made or received more art of the design!
❧ If you Resell, Trade, etc one of my designs & something goes wrong I am not responsible for what has happened.
❧ You can Co-Own a design I’ve made, However if something happens between the two or more of you I am not responsible for anything that happens.
❧ Do NOT Trade or Sell any of my designs to those on my Blacklist.

Payment TOS
❧ You MUST pay before any work is done. This is a standard business practice in the artist community. I will NOT make any alternatives for this.
❧ ONLY Message, Comment, or Reach out for a Commission or to Pay for an adopt if you HAVE THE FUNDS. I don’t do holds anymore, I don’t do payment plans unless you are a trusted previous commissioner.
❧ Commissioners must pay within 24 hours or their request will be refused.
❧ Adopters must pay within 24 hours or they will be blacklisted.
❧ ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. I no longer offer refunds due to scammers & past experiences.
❧ If you file a Chargeback you will be blacklisted.
❧ I accept CashApp as my main form of payment, However I am also open to Paypal. But those are the only two methods.

Blacklist & TOS

How ArtFight 2024 Started (For Me)
ArtFight 2024 overall was exciting to think about & prepare for, I was going through a hard time mental health wise & needed a good art distraction. I managed to do all the prep prompts & stuff before ArtFight began, I even stayed up to make sure I could watch the Live Stream where the theme was revealed. Stardust & Seafoam was such a cool concept to me since I love marine biology, however I also am obsessed with astrology.. specifically colors of the planets, how & why they may change, & STARS... I LOVE STARS. Eventually I decided to go Seafoam, the characters I was uploading for my "Team" had pallets that aligned nicely with the team cards & it felt good! My girlfriend  girfan3198 decided she wanted to join me this year (with a lot of convincing lol), she ended up choosing team Stardust. The beginning of the week of ArtFight I added my hitlist sign up form to see who I was going to attack, & it filled up pretty fast. I was ready to get into the groove of things & attack with all I had. But one night during the first week of ArtFight I was scrolling through TikTok & started seeing a lot of videos talking about how Seafoam was going to lose, and that there wasn't a point in going on and participating due to people swapping to Stardust, and above all a user posting about how they were going to destroy all seafoam users & make sure they don't join next year. Needless to say my motivation kinda... went out the window. I managed to get five pieces out before calling it quits, my girlfriend decided not to post at all or attack anyone... saying she "felt guilty being on a winning team with such toxicity." So the rest of ArtFight we sat and watched, turns out a lot of Users had issues with newer members rule breaking & not following character perms, not labeling their art pieces right rating wise, & more. After everything.. I was advised to make a report about the overly competitive behavior, I made the report in August(08/12/24). It is only now being addressed November (11/25/24). I had to talk to THREE different Moderators just to finally get one to pass the report forward. (If he's reading this by any chance, Thank you for being a great moderator ;-;) I will update this when a decision is made regarding the report.

ArtFight 2025
With the end of ArtFight 2024 comes the question of will I participate in ArtFight 2025, & to answer that truthfully.. I really don't know right now. No it's not riding on the Mods & Admins of ArtFight not doing anything, No it's not me being a sore loser because I can't have all winning team badges on my profile, it's a matter of if these issues with new users, if the admins will listen to the older participants about things that need to change, so on so forth. ArtFight is literally a whole month event, it runs through July - August & you need to be creative, inspired, & ready to throw art out like no tomorrow. On top of that, with newer users comes new rules & new interactions. Some older participants might decide to stop participating each year due to these new demands & rules. There are a lot of things that factor into this decision. So where do I stand? I don't know yet. I'd rather wait till next year to see the theme & if I even want to participate again or if I just want to skip that year & focus on my own art work.

Kind of a sad & disappointing start to today, I was scammed. No this isn't a call out post or anything like that, more of just a reminder to be wary of who you deal with online. Scammers are always learning & developing new ways to mess with people & get to them. Unfortunately I guess it was "My Turn" to have it happen to me after usually being careful. Due to this I'm going to be doing a ToyHouse Purge on my UFO Folder. If you're looking for some fun new characters please give them a look, I'm mainly going through CashApp now due to my PayPal having an open case in regards to the person who scammed me, & I don't want new funds getting tied up within that drama. Hello! Let me first start off by thanking all of my new followers ^^ I appreciate the love and support ya'll give me! <3 I have some updates regarding ArtFight 2024 & People who have Commissioned me!

ArtFight 2024 is coming up next month, with the theme reveal happening on Saturday (the 15th). As some have seen- I try my hardest to participate in ArtFight through the entirety of the event (being the whole month of July), which in doing so can set my Commissions back as well as Adopt Posts. Commissioners who have chosen to cancel or be refunded during this time have been sent their money as of today :) that way there's no one strung alone during the event. For those who've chosen to wait till ArtFight is over to receive your commissions, I appreciate the patients and allowing me the time to Prep, Enjoy, & Participate in ArtFight so I might strengthen my artistic abilities! Please remember to keep an eye on my Trello to see where your Commission is at, I will be updating everyone's placement on the boards after I get a good meal in me this afternoon!
