DAFF Selection for 1/31/13 Buncha maws!
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Thursday January 31st 2013. Our final selection for the month!

Image type and characters - Type B digital maw shots of (1.) Snake (2.) Komodo Dragon (3.) Bird (egret?) (4.) Orca.
Why this image was chosen - This is another older image that had been posted back in early March 2012 so some of you have probably seen this already. My favorite is Number 3, ( the Orca ) because I had done the Calamitry Aert vs Dark Ice comic some years back and that image reminded me of it. The whale's tongue is excellent as is the over all look of it's mouth, just waiting for you to slide down into it. The bird is quite well done too, love the veiny lines seen deeper in the mouth and the way the beak and eyes have been detailed. The Snake may not be shaded but its mouth is just as impressive and realistic as any of the other sketches on this page. The Komodo dragon has interesting spots down it's throat, something for the prey to amuse themselves with as they get eaten? " I'm gonna eat you! but don't feel bad cause you can look at all my inside spiffy spots as you go down! " They all look good, they are all well drawn/sketched and when confronted by 4 inviting maws the question you have to ask is which one would I go into if you could only choose one?
Nicely drawn pictures Sprout, ( or the others that participated in the art jam if they had a hand in any of these as well. )
DAFF Selection for 1/30/13 Cat guy vs Lion
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Tuesday January 29th 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type A (anthro/anthro) digital artwork showing a cat guy being eaten by a husky build lion.
Why this image was chosen - Jeri's artwork has impressed me since the first time I saw it and this image is one of the reasons why I like their style. Jeri's images can best be described as an attractive and unique minimalist sketchbook technique with color that gives the impression of concept drawings that started and finished right. I have seen Jeri's art on other sites in the past and there was more than what you see in the FA gallery here. In this picture I like the way the lion's heavy set build has been done, the thick arms hint at muscle at a more muscular build when this lion was younger. His thick legs make me want to have him stand up and turn around so I can get a good look at his butt, its probably impressive! The head and upper body is convincingly placed leaning forward as he tries to and successfully engulfs the cat guy who struggles to stay out of his ample belly. The small, cute neck bulge on the front of lion's neck looks almost as chubby as he does while he eats his seemingly unwilling prey. I love the way the cat guy's expression of panic has been depicted as one of his hands is extended outward, its adorable and funny because it makes me think " Oh noes I'm being eaten! I'll get out by grabbing a whole bunch of air! *flails* " The picture is striking, the characters are well done and that lion can come over and sit on me anytime he wants to!
A good and sexy piece of work Jeri, good job!

Image type and characters - Type A adult vore scene showing two dogs vs an attractive anthro dragon.
Why this image was chosen - An older upload but a damn good one posted back in February 2012! This is one of my favorite pieces of vore artwork on site and has a lot going for it. Sammy describes the scene as - " Sammy has some friends over for dinner. HAW!" Sammy also mentions that they were experimenting with lighting and was happy at how it turned out, I agree, it turned out quite good! To start with the dragon is quite attractive and the positioning of the head, the bulging neck, the arms and the thick legs are just right for this scene. This is obviously an indoor setting where the dragon is devouring one victim while the pother gives him a blowjob, an attempt at distraction perhaps? There's something about the way the dragon's head and mouth have been drawn that I really like, plus the enthralling lump in the front of his long neck. The way the female prey is grabbing onto the dragon's arm, the expression on her face are other well executed elements that makes this picture work. One can almost see her struggling to get out as the dragon pushes her deeper down his throat. How the lump in his neck slowly grows as more of her disappears, she can feel the hungry dragon's swallowing rippling down around more of her body as she is eaten. I'll bet the one giving the dragon the BJ is hearing his empty stomach growling and complaining at how long its taking for the prey to get down into it. The way in which the boobs on the prey are shown being pushed up by the corners of the dragon's mouth is effective as well as is the way the end of his tongue is sticking out from under her body. If I was this dragon's "dinner guest " I'd hope to have a bit of body worship time to admire those nice legs and some other play before it was time for me to go.
Another great picture from you Sammy! ( this one's a hall of famer. )

DAFF Selection for 1/28/13 Otter vs Horse
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Monday January 28th 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type A digital vore scenes, ( 2 for 1 during and after images).
Why this image was chosen - Some of you have probably seen this already but I have been saving it for a day when I didn't see anything that grabbed me in the day's new uploads. Horse vore is not easy to do but I really liked this picture when I first saw it over a year ago. The otter appears to be willing prey in this wonderful scene that really doesn't need a background. While he is consuming the otter guy this well muscled stallion appears to be getting off on having a live dinner going down inside of him. The horse is quite attractive both in body and face, he's been well drawn and has very nice looking muscular legs to go with a pretty hot studly body and of course the naughty bits! I like the look in the horse's eyes as he begins to work the larger part of the otter into his mouth, it only gets harder from there you know! I think I'd have the same look on my face if I were the otter and that is another reason why I like this piece. In the lower right we see a happily fed horse rubbing his big belly. He is quite enjoying the feeling of the otter inside him as the prey will feed the muscular body that he has just been swallowed alive into.
A very nice horse vore picture Pandoottermon!
DAFF Selection for 1/27/13 Bat vs Dragon
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Saturday January 26th 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type A digital vore scene, a unique greyscale night image.
Why this image was chosen - I haven't seen too many images where the characters are drawn in a night scene, ( as this appears to be.) In the day's new uploads I came across this picture and it stood out from the others, even though there was another good upload this morning. I chose this one because I liked the way the dragon is shown dropping the tiny bat towards his open mouth. On the right side of the picture is an inset picture showing the ill fated bat, (cenotaph) on Ben's tongue. The expressions on both characters faces are fitting for the occasion as Ben looks like he's enjoying having a midnight snack. The character design is solid and having the glowy look to the dragon's eyes hints at how he might be able to see when its dark. The teeth and drool are
implied cleverly in the inset image as Cenotaph looks nervously back at the entrance to Ben's throat, apprehensive bat expression!
Good work Ben, and congrats for having your work selected!
DAFF Selection for 1/26/13 Cat vs Dog
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Saturday January 26th 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type A traditional materials vore scene of a cat being eaten by a dog.
Why this image was chosen - I didn't see anything that grabbed me in the new uploads today so I went with something that many of you have probably seen before, it was posted back in July 2011. It is a good looking minimalist color picture of a husky who has come up with an interesting way to lure cats close enough where he can catch them. What I like about this picture is the position of the dog's body as he downs the cat whole and alive. The way he is standing makes it look like he might be having a bit of trouble choking down the victim and is expending a lot of effort to finish kitty off. The way the dog's eyes are closed could show that he might be feeling last part of the cat sliding off the back of his tongue before the final swallow. The look on the cat's face is well done as it appears to be showing a look of self anger at falling for a stupidly obvious trap, a good hurr durr face. I am a sucker for a good canine vore scene and this is a nice take on the ages old cat vs dog battle that in this case goes to dog.
Good picture Alek, spiffy work you have done on this one.
DAFF Selection for 1/25/13 Gryphon vs Dragon
Posted 12 years ago Selection for Friday January 25th 2013.

sammy73 Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9766466/
Image type and characters - Type A digital vore scene showing a dragon eating a gryphon.
Why this image was chosen - I have seen this artist's work in the past and have always liked how Sammy does character design and coloring. This image has a sketchbook look to it and the color has been applied in a way that is very simple and minimalist. A basic background hints at a cloudy sky with mountains and hills while the characters are done with a bit more detail. The dragon is quite well done, I love the pose that is shown with what looks like a pretty full belly that is insinuated at the bottom of the picture. Dragon's mouth is opened quite wide and gryphon has a look on it's face that seems to give an inkling of something half way between terror and enjoyment, ( enjoyment making sense if the gryphon was into vore ). The neck bulge is nicely shaped and the horns on dragon's head seem to add something extra to that part of the picture even if it wasn't intended. The way the wings are shown can give the viewer the impression that the dragon might have caught and started swallowing the gryphon in mid air and has landed to finish it off.
I like what I see in this picture Sammy, well done!

DAFF Selection for 1/23/13 Otter mawshot.
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Wednesday January 23rd 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type B digital maw shot of an otter appearing to be in mid yawn.
Why this image was chosen - I could tell from the thumbnail that this image was going to be very good. When I clicked on it there was instant Wow! factor when I got my first good look at this wonderful artwork ( or should I say doodler!) This is one of those images that doesn't need a background at all, it stands out quite well by itself as one of the best maw shots I've seen in a long time. To start off with the detail is amazing, the tongue, the teeth the fleshy interior of the mouth looks very good. The throat entrance and the shading that has been done outside and inside the maw makes it look more 3 dimensional and awesome. The attractive light grey and white touches inside the mouth hint at saliva just waiting for you if you should end up in there. The ridges in the roof of the mouth, the way the tip of the tongue is lifted up and the minimalist representation of fur outside this handsome maw fit this picture very well. I like the addition of the whiskers as a final detail and because this image is so well done I have decided to add it into the group's hall of fame.
Well done T.K.G. on an excellent piece and congrats on getting your image selected not only as the picture of the day but for entry into the D.A.F.F. hall of fame!
DAFF Selection for 1/22/13 Human vs Dragon
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Tuesday January 22nd 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type A vore scene showing a human being eaten by a dragon.
Why this image was chosen - I didn't see anything that grabbed me in the new uploads over the past couple of days and wanted to take a short break while so many were away at FC. With the con being over I was browsing through some older uploads and came across this beauty of a human vs a dragon. I really like this image as the black background adds a darker atmosphere to the picture. The human's face exudes a feeling of resignation and the way that the right hand is holding on to the chin makes the man's pose work. The dragon's mouth is quite well done and so are the scales with a shiny look to them that stands above the background color. This image was uploaded about a year and half ago so most of you have probably seen it.
The same artist also did this wonderful trampling scene that should be mentioned here as well - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8591292/
Although they appear to be different predators there's a part of me that likes to think that the trampling scene is the fore runner to the vore scene featured in today's journal. Excellent work on both of these pictures Dragonfood!
DAFF Selection for 1/18/13 Pichu vs Cheetah ( Adult )
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Friday January 18th 2013. ( To those at F.C. this weekend have fun. )
Artist name
keikittora The image was drawn for
sci_the_cheetah and includes as prey
onitidal
Link to the image - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9709769/
Image type and characters - Type A digital pre vore scene where a Pichu is being held over the cheetah's opening mouth.
Why this image was chosen - I came across this picture a couple of days ago and had to get the permissions to use before the review could be written. In this image we see Onitidal the Pichu getting held above sci's open mouth as the cheetah begins to taste the Pichu's tail and the attention makes Oni blush. This is a very straight forward and simple scene that didn't require a background and kudos to the artist for not trying to put one in. Oni was sitting in Sci's lap when the big cat got hungry and decided to snack on his smaller companion. The thing that makes this picture really work for me is the way the head and neck have been drawn. Not many vore artwork shows such a well positioned body shot with a very sexy view of the neck like this to go with it. The chest and the abs look quite attractive as does the fully displayed naughty bits and the looks of the legs to finish off the bottom part of the picture. This isn't the first time Oni has fallen victim to Sci, (who do you think the belly bulge was in the last picture selected for this group? )
By the way there is a second image to go with this one that can be found here ( Adult also) - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9709785/
Nice composition on this one Keikittora and thanks to Sci for sharing it with the group.

DAFF Selection for 1/17/13 Wolf vs Macro Wolf
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Thursday January 17th 2013. ( To those at F.C. this weekend have fun. )
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type A vore scene done with traditional materials showing a small wolf being eaten by a big one.
Why this image was chosen - I have actually met Torrle in RL and in the past have enjoyed many of his works, this newer picture from him is no exception. Many of you have probably seen this picture already as it was uploaded back in early October 2012. Torrle's style is attention getting and unique, this minimalist picture is very effective in that the facial expressions are very good. The detailing has been focused on the places where the viewer's attention needs to be and the shading is very strategic. Beyond the technical reasons this picture has a becoming, almost charming look to it as the macro has a "warm and fuzzy" look. I should have reviewed this picture a while ago but I;m just getting around to it now, better late than never!
A very enjoyable picture Torrle! thanks for doing it.
DAFF Selection for 1/16/13 Dragon vs Dragon
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Wednesday January 16th 2013.
Artist name -

Image type and characters - Type A vore scene showing a dragon eating another dragon. ( An extra note to pass on, Zanten has posted a journal entry on their user page saying that they have left Fur Affinity. )
Why this image was chosen - This is one of 4 images in a set of drawings done by Zanten, uploaded by Talnonblaze that caught my attention because it has a delightful traditional ambiance. Personally I like artwork that has detail in it and this picture shows that one can add detail to a piece without going overboard on shading. In this upload the character designs are well done with the predator dragon's long neck and mouth interior well represented. One of the interesting points to note is that the neck bulge is not just a lump but it actually shows a partial outline of the prey. There's something about the look of the predator dragon's neck and chin that works well here. The way the pred's tongue is pushing up against the prey's chin as it struggles to avoid it's fate ads a bit of darkness, finality to the image. The panicked look on the prey and the way it has been framed in the mouth of the larger dragon puts across that it knows it is in its final moments. The predator dragon's tail curling in the background is an interesting addition, so are the multiple horns, the saliva drop coming off the chin is a good touch as well.
Good work on this picture and the others in the set Zanten. also thanks to Talonblaze for allowing us to share it.
DAFF Selection for 1/15/2013
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Tuesday January 15th 2013.
Artist name,

Image type and characters - Type B macro micro mawshot done in greyscale.
Why this image was chosen - This is no cave! Was a quote that came to mind when I got my first look at this picture. It is quite unique and shows a tiny person inching their way along the inside of a row of lower teeth with quite the view of the massive tongue below. Behind them is the entrance to the throat with convincing looking greyscale detailing that shows various levels of darkness as one goes in deeper. The artist says that one of the things they like to consider in doing an image like this is that the body itself becomes the landscape. That the micro in such an image is so tiny that insignificant features of the body to us would seem like monumental obstacles to a diminutive explorer. I particularly like the small bumps seen on the tongue and the darker shading further back in the mouth that give this scene some depth. The shapes of the gums, the tiny person and the small hints of drool round out what I can only say is a unique and interesting scene that I wanted to feature in the group.
Mukatkikaarn that is a very cool piece of work!
DAFF Selection for 1/14/13 Cheetah vs Lion
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Monday January 14th 2013.
Art done by

Image type and characters - Type A traditional drawing of a cheetah being eaten by a lion.
Why this image was chosen - When you come across a Dark Natasha drawing most people in the fandom will recognize her style right away. She has a flare that very few artists achieve and as a professional she really gets it when it comes to doing commissions with a high quality and what I consider to be a short time. In this picture we see a very well drawn Kiba running afoul of a hungry male lion who has decided that the cheetah has trespassed into his pride lands and takes matters in paw then mouth. The lion is amazing in this piece, big, menacing, well detailed, proper proportions with a rather ticked off look that says "You be mine now cheetah boy!" and by the looks of him it appears like he's probably done this kind of thing to intruders before. Natasha has drawn Kiba very well, the long hair, the worried face and the arms in a scratching, flailing position that makes it looks like he's clawing at the ground. His body looks quite right in the way Natasha has drawn his back bent up toward the pelvis as the lion pulls him back to swallow more of his waist. The drool, the teeth and a bit of tongue looks great in this well constructed scene with hints of shading and greyscale to create a nice overall effect. Due to the excellent quality, the positioning of the characters and the aforementioned overall effect I'm putting this image into the group's hall of fame.
Thanks so much for sharing this Kiba and well done again Natasha!
DAFF Selection for 1/12/2013 fox vs macro fox
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Saturday January 12th 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - Type B digital maw shot of a fox sitting in the mouth of a female macro fennec.
Why this image was chosen - Theo's gift artwork for Foshu really caught my attention when I first came across it because of the attractive character design of the predator as well as the warm colors. Although the prey isn't shown in a feet first position I have for the sake of the group imagined that he will shortly flop forward and surf the end of that long tongue before she eats him. The look on the prey's face is one of nervous contemplation where he's undecided whether to be really concerned or enjoy it as strands of saliva drip nearby. The mouth is well done, nicely shaped with a less is more approach to doing the detailing which is hinted at with the way the shading is done above a very nice looking throat entrance. The giant predator herself is quite attractive with a sporty athletic body and thick muscular thighs. The position of her tail says to me that she's flicking it back and forth in a manner that says "I'm toying with this little snack before he's eaten! " The face, the shape of the ears and the change in light and darkness with the background tones do well to compliment this picture without taking away from it.
You've done a pretty good piece with this winner Theo, good job!
DAFF Selection for 1/11/2013 Maw shot.
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Friday January 11th 2013.
Artist -

Image type and characters - Type B digitally colored, detailed cheetah Maw shot.
Why this image was chosen - Although this picture was uploaded a day ago I wanted to feature it in the group because this isn't the first time that I've run into this artist's good works. Vorelord has consistently shown by their efforts that they are among the best Mawshot artists in the fandom with a bright, colorful style that catches the viewer's attention. This is an artist who I suspect will be featured again here in DAFF simply because they have consistently done very fine feet first works. For this particular image Vorelord has used a simple background to draw the attention of the viewer to the character.
The face, the neck, and the fur detail are quite well done but the real attraction is in the mouth. Several of those responding to this upload have virtually thrown themselves onto that tongue and with the way that Vorelord did this picture I can see why. The tongue is very carpet like and wet, the throat entrance is guarded by a decorous uvula that gives the mouth a most inviting look. The teeth look sufficiently sharp and menacing and the saliva strands are done in a unique way that Vorelord has shown in this tutorial - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6364792/
Great job Vorelord! thanks for sharing this with the group.

Artist name

Image type and characters - Type B Digital media maw shot done in greyscale, ( B&W) .
Why this image was chosen - I didn't see anything that caught my attention in the day's new vore uploads so I went with a picture I had seen a while back, (uploaded December 21st 2012). I have known of Danza's art from the past and the guy is talented, he has continued to improve since the first time I came across his fine work. This image of a gaping/yawning snake has pretty strong Wow! factor. This is not just because of the way the detail has been done or the excellent shading but also because of how fast it was done, only 2 hours using SAI! Danza goes on to say of the work he did in this picture " I'm so slow at these " ( I wished I was that fast! ) The saliva strands are well done, looking sufficiently gooey and liquid like, there has been a color version of this image done as well. Based on the number of comments and favorites I'd say he did a pretty good job at catching the attention of many vore fans before I came along and saw it! Really nice looking artwork Danza, you did pretty good on this one.

DAFF policy change, effective immediately.
Posted 12 years agoSelection Process Issue - New procedure has been implemented to deal with commissioned or collaborative artwork from this day forward - I recently got a private message from someone who basically asked whether I should get permission from commissioner/s and artist/s of any artwork before I post critiques on it. At this time I am not aware of any constraints or penalties in North American Copyright law that would restrict the linking to and critique of an image. So far I have found no evidence of violations of the AUP where commentary on other people's artwork is in violation of FA's rules. The critique offered from this administrator in the selection process is not abusive or negative, it is positive and meant to raise awareness towards good works and the artists/ creators behind them. If I were downloading or reposting the artwork without permission then there would be a valid case against my position but no artwork that isn't mine has been downloaded, posted or retransmitted, only linked to in it's original location with positive critique.
Policy change Amendment 2013/1/8 A - If any commissioner/s and or artist/s does not want DAFF to select their image then they must state on the upload that they do not want a review of that image from D.A.F.F., if this is done then I will ignore that image and move on to another.
Policy change Amendment 2013/1/8/ B - From this day of January 8th 2013 all commissioned artwork or collaborations will only be selected by this group only and after permissions have been obtained from both commissioner and artist. The same will be done for any artwork collaboration where more than one artist has been involved in it's creation.
Single artist images, no change to policy at this time - Unless instructed by legal counsel or the site admins for violating the AUP or North American Copyright Law with a full and proper description in their instructions from a verified administrator. The selection process for artwork done and posted by the same artist, ( these would be non collaborative or uncommissioned works) will remain as before unless a policy change is so ordered.
Hopefully these changes will minimize any problems and allow us to continue enjoying the new artwork that the group focuses on.
happy noms all.

Image type and characters - Type A digital media vore scene showing Arlian the wolsker being eaten by Sci the cheetah with the belly bulge being Onitidal, this is an adult scene as both are shown with erections...not safe for work!
Why this image was chosen - A consensual looking vore scene which shows that in some artwork there doesn't always need be a background. When I first saw this picture I liked how the characters looked, the singular color gradients used by Melfluff and the fact that same size vore is not always easy to do. The look on Arlian's face hints at a resigned enjoyment to his fate. The look on Sci's face shows a contented predator who knows that his prey won't escape and that he has plenty of time to enjoy his meal. The way Arlian's hands are placed on Sci's body makes me wonder if he might rub that belly bulge, or maybe he's too busy getting all worked up over Sci's tongue getting up to his privates. Both characters have pleasing athletic builds, the poses are quite good and the overall feeling of the image is an unquestionable erotic consensual scene between characters that are more than friends.
Thanks for sharing the picture Sci and a good job by Melfluff!

DAFF Selection for 1/6/2013 Maw shot.

Image type and characters - Type B digital sketch, Maw shot.
Why this image was chosen - I didn't see anything in today's batch of new uploads that stood out or caught my attention so let us go back a few days to this really nice maw shot. Some of you have already seen this picture but on the day it was uploaded I had chosen another image that was the upload of the day for that day. When I first saw this picture and looked at it in full size I was impressed by the way it was shaded. The sketch by itself is quite good, the mouth detail is above average and it has a realistic feel to it that catches the viewer's attention. The shading consists of areas where strategically placed squiggly lines gives the appearance of more detail then there actually is while larger areas of greyscale hint at texture and shape. This kind of a picture is so inviting to a vore fan like me that it makes me want to put my feet in and let things happen from there. This is a good sketch and the artist got plenty of comments over the past few days because of it.
Sweet looking maw shot Neden, you deserve a well done for this artwork !
DAFF Selection for 1/5/2013 Dragon vs Fox Dragon.

Image type and characters - Type A traditional pencil drawing showing a dragon giving himself a hand job while in the mouth of a much larger fox dragon, this is a nice size difference macro/micro scene.
Why this image was chosen - Traditional pencils is something I can appreciate when the drawing is well done and this picture has a nice look to it. The predator looks almost Sergal like and I like the way the dragon has put one of his legs outside the predator's mouth. Its as if he wants to delay the inevitable outcome for a little while longer so he can finish enjoying himself. I like the cross shading and the way the dragon is sitting on the tongue as he is getting good visual stimulation while looking into the pred's mouth. The minimalist way that the predator's hair, neck and some of the facial shading was done is an effective way in directing the viewer's attention to the more detailed, shaded activity in the pred's mouth.
A well done goes out to Vahnfox and thanks goes to Mercy for sharing this cool pic.
DAFF Selection for 1/4/2013 Gnoll.

EDIT (May 20 2013) - Pafka has posted a new set of images of himself - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10529667/
Image type and character - Type C, Second Life avatar of a handsome looking gnoll, ( who looks a lot like a heavier version of my fursona. ) Compare Pafka to my fursona Masozi and it looks like we have the same hair stylist! - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6461171/
Why this image was chosen - I didn't find anything in the day's new uploads that caught my attention but I have a plan to deal with that by featuring older uploads on slow days. Today I am starting with a pretty good Second Life image of Pafka Kralomoc. Normally I don't go for SL characters or characters from video games but in this I am making an exception. Pafka is quite attractive with a nicely done mix of muscle and a noticeable belly that makes me think he's had a steady diet of adventurers and the occasional vore whore. The face is very well done, the teeth and tongue look very inviting and the glowing eye is a cool touch. The long hair is very similar to my fursona so that it itself gets him an extra point. The teeth necklace and the skull G string is a fashion statement that I think few species other than gnolls or hyenas could make and get away with it. Based on this image I would guess that Pafka would have pretty impressive legs and feet out of picture. Another interesting point are two parts of the description that go with the image where he states - " Second Life, (and the world in general) seems to be sorely lacking in big, fat, slobbery gnolls. " a little further he goes on to say - " Time to snack on lesser species, I guess? "
Further down the comments page have a look at what he does to Izome and you have to think that Pafka is well versed the vorish arts. If you enjoy good looking gnolls as much as I do then go give Pafka a hug or a shout.
Looking good there Pafka, thanks for sharing this wonderful image!

Amazing Orca maw shots, a MUST have for vore artists!
Posted 12 years agoI became aware of these pictures while I was on another site and when I had a look at them I felt they were too important not to share. For those of you into Maw shots I'm sure you'll enjoy them as they are even if they are a bit dark. However for you vore artists I think that these are probably the most important pictures you will have in your Orca collections. The mouth detail is nothing new to those of you who have seen Orca Maw shots before but these have something different. Behind the tongue you can clearly see the entrance of the throat in good detail and good reference photos of this are quite rare! I have listed the links to each image below, The photo sizes are quite big as well, 2048 by 1356, have a look and enjoy!

DAFF Selection for 1/3/2013 Fox vs Coyote
Posted 12 years agoSelection for Thursday January 3rd 2013.
Artist name

Image type and characters - This is a Type A digital picture showing a coyote about to eat a fox, ( the artwork was commissioned by Coyote Snack, a.k.a. Big Blue Fox. )
Why this image was chosen - This picture is a pleasing cartoon style with minimal background detail that makes the viewer focus on the characters. The different earthy shades of brown gray along with the subtle red, pink coloring of the mouth interior really works well. The way the teeth have been done along with the minimalist mouth and throat detail in my view enhances the increased detailing that Borochi used for the tongue. The coyote looks pleased, the pose and expression on the face made this picture work along with the way that BBF is shown as he rides the tongue. The shading and overall look of this picture has a fine quality that I'm sure that BBF is happy with.
Nice job Borochi ( also thanks go out to Coyote Snack, (BBF) for commissioning this. )
DAFF Selection for 1/2/2013 human vs Dragon
Posted 12 years agoSelection Number 2 for Weds January 2nd 2013.
Artist name, image location -
apoptosis Link to the artwork - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9596444/
Image type and characters - Type A digital mini comic showing a dragon eating a man,( the artwork was commissioned by shorty.)
Why this image was chosen - The dragons are 2 for 2 in this new year as apoptosis has put together a pretty good mini comic showing Shorty's human prey character Nero getting nommed. This was one of those uploads where I could see that it was going to be of pretty decent quality just by how the thumbnail looked. When I clicked on the full size image I was not disappointed and really liked how the dragon appears in the first panel (upper left). Not only does that face say to me "Badass and hungry" but you get the impression that he's looking right at you (or Nero as it turns out). In panel 2 you get a pretty decent looking maw shot with subtle detail and a huge tongue. Nero's already in pretty deep and apoptosis posted the following words about this cmoic when they say - " ... Nero, being held captive upon the roof of a dragon's mouth, a substantial tongue avidly keeping him in place while his feet dangle precariously over a tenacious throat, instinctively pulling at what's placed inside it. " what a nice short description of the scene!
When you look a bit closer at the picture you that the man is actually tied to the roof of the dragon's mouth in a unique bondage situation. In panel 3 you get the front end of the tongue tasting, possibly teasing Nero who is hanging over the warm humid passage to oblivion. In the final frame on the lower right you get a side shot of the dragon's head as it looks like he's trying to decide whether he wants to consume the man or continue to taste and tease him for a while yet.
I like the earthy colors in this comic and the use of the reddish background in panel 3 implies the inside of the dragon's mouth without having to do the detailing.
Good work apoptosis! ( and thanks to shorty for commissioning this picture. )
