Wanna upload more pics here, though this year hasn't been very productive for me for a lot of reasons, so I don't really have that many fully done pieces I could share, mostly just sketches and such which are not really 'upload worthy'. I could compile them into sketch dumps like how I did back then, which is probably the best middle ground.

So, I’m still struggling with art block in some ways; it's really hard to focus on arts I'm supposed to be working on, and even when it comes to personal ones and unwinding, I’m mostly just chipping away at old sketches, but never actually finishing anything. Even worse, I'm stressed out for not being able to tackle my to-do list, and because I'm stressed, I can't focus on drawing much in the first place.

Been thinking though, maybe I could breathe new life into my work by doing a single, smaller, fully-rendered picture that could hopefully smash that art block.

So here's the idea; I'm taking a single bust commission! I plan to finish it as soon as I can, where I intend to use the momentum gained from it to get over this massive hurdle.

Heyo everyone!

Just want to poke you about my recent absence; been having issues with getting inspiration or simply just focusing on art. I don't really know what's the root of the problem, as I have tons of ideas or older sketches to work on, but things don't seem to align up. I feel I've lost confidence a little in general. >.<

I'll be working on sorting this out; chipping away from works a little each day to finish a commission that has been on hold, as well as the raffle results.

Just making a quick journal about the recent changes in commission fees!

Hoping to open a few slots soon, but given my current work schedule I don't have much free time to work on commissions, so I had to tweak the fees accordingly.

The largest increase was for the 'Doodley' type, as I realised that despite the name, it's a full body, fully inked and overall detailed piece, which still takes time to complete.

This does not effect pre-existing 'in-queue' commissions!

I've just reached 6000 watchers!! .o. Life was too busy when I hit the biiig 5K milestone, so time to make up for it now with two raffles! I've chatted lots with Feranta how this could be organise the best, but the general idea is to have one raffle with Elise and one with Helena!

Hey everyone

Just want to update everyone, as I haven't been very active for a bit now.
I've been feeling quite blue for a while, sapping me of my energies to do much, being active here, on twitter, focusing on arts of any kind. It's been on and off, but more generally its in the negative spectrum

Sometimes inspiration hits and I can make a great deal of progress, but sometimes I sit at my desk all night trying to draw more than a handful of lines. This created some kind of a feedback loop of stress, quilt and inproductivity.

Work has been very stressful, I had to sort out a very difficult dilemma that I hope I dealt with the best way possible, however, only time will tell if it was the right decision.

Please don't worry though, it's not the end of the world and things will get back into the old track as they have done always before, I just wanted to keep everyone up to date over this.

Just wanted to make a little status update! .3.
Been a bit busy for the last one and a half weeks, as I got some short due work rigging work dumped on me, that messed with me plans; to add insult or injury they later pushed the dates back after I spent a whole week working on them x.x

Hopes thing will return to normal this week! I am craving to do arts!

Hey everyone!

Finally, after mooonths of a non-stop barrage, I got a little breather; the huge and urgent stuffs are done, and theres a some time till the next one starts.

Kind of a bittersweet thought that there are multiple large projects on the horizon; on one hand, it will mean financial stability - something that gave me a ton of dread n stress the second half of the last year - but on the other, it means that arts could possibly be taking a backseat again; will have to try and find a way to balance them both.
Recently I realised it wasn't really a time thing that caused me the most issues and lack of arts, but working on too many large works at the same time, spreading my energies thin, without the mojo boost of finishing anything. The recent small ones helped a ton!

But, focus on the present!
I will go through my current commission list today, contact the peeps again if they are still interested!

I do plan to stream a few times this week, both commisshes and personal. Thank you so much for every comment, watch and favourite! They mean a ton! <3

Another update

Sorry for being still so absent; the extra workload took its toll on me and drained my creative energies. Had to do lotsa overtime because some of the character rigs we had to outsource were awkwardly done and slowed down the animation process or we simply didn't get any references till days before the deadline @.@

Luckily, next week the current projects will go out, as 8 out of 10 ads are done, and the rest has a deadline mid week. So far, nothing is on the horizon at the studio, so I'm really hopeful I can settle back at arting again!

Unfortunately I made pretty much no art since my last update, just chipping away from a huge commission occasionally, and getting back into full swing is something I'll have to tackle, but with no anim deadlines to dread, it should be okis
