> NO refunds after paying it, make sure you want it and ask me as many questions as you have.
> Turnaround may vary but usually can take 1-4 weeks or even more depending on the project. If you need it on a specific day, let me know it .
> If you DON'T specify a date of delivery, I'll take as much time as I need for finishing your drawing.
> If you want to cancel your order, FIRST send me a note here to talk about it.
> Keep ych inquiries/orders relatively formal and polite. I will not deal with rude customers
> If I have some problem that delays your order, I will let you know as soon as I am able.
FOR AUCTIONS:
> DON'T try to discuss the price once the auction is finished, if you bid and you won the auction, you have to pay the price you bid.
> If you cancel your bid, edit your bid, or win and don't pay before the time specified to it, you will not be taken into account in other YCH, adopts, or commissions.
> If you have an error when you bid (putting the price you didn't want, you don't have the money, etc.) send me a note before the auction ends and I'll discuss it with you a solution.
