We may update inaccurate Information you provided us;
We may refuse to provide the PayPal Services to you in the future;
We may hold your Balance for up to 180 Days if reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability or if you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy;
We may take legal action against you; and
If you violate the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, then in addition to the above actions you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal's damages caused by your violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. You acknowledge and agree that $2,500.00 USD per violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated because, due to the nature of the violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to calculate. PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing Balance in the offending Account or any other Account you control.
PayPal, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, access to its website, or access to the PayPal Services for any reason and at any time upon notice to you and payment to you of any unrestricted funds held in your Balance.

Report artists asking you to pay fees. Report artists asking you to pay as gifts.

Patreon Update + YCH

I've made a bit of a change to my Patreon. Commission discounts are now available for patrons who pledge as little as $10 a month!
Commission discounts were previously only available to pledges of $50 or more. Now, for only $10 a month, you can get a 15% discount on ALL commissions. $50 pledges now get 20% off, and $150 pledges get 30% off.
I posted a YCH sketch a couple months ago and it's still available! YCHs are a chance to get a piece from me for a reduced price.

Return, Updates, and a YCH!
Posted 11 years agoAs many of you may have noticed, I haven't been active on FA for nearly a year. At the time I left, I had no intention of ever returning. My original plan was to say good-bye, but I was angry and left without warning. I apologize for keeping everyone in the dark. That was unprofessional and needlessly judgmental of a lot of people who didn't deserve it.
Now, my situation has made it prudent to come back to a more consistent and active customer base. I'm not in dire straits, and I have a day job I really enjoy, but a bit of a buffer would be nice, and I simply can't find that anywhere but FA.

I'm in the process of revamping my TOS and updating my prices, but the prices listed on the commissions tab are currently accurate. I'll be working to upload and update the example images.
I'm open for all commissions right now, and with only one item on my queue, you can expect a fast turnaround (sketches and icons are the only things I can guarantee can be finished for Christmas).
