By commissioning me, you are responsible for having read, understood, and agreed to my TOS. This TOS overrides and voids any client TOS.
Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to review this even after you've purchased artwork from me. However, if a change is made and I believe it will directly affect you, I will contact you accordingly.
Exceptions to my Terms of Service are allowed if discussed between myself, the artist, and you, the commissioner.
I. GENERAL TERMS
☆ Do not complain about my pricing or try to get things for less.
☆ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated. If it occurs: you will be issued a refund depending on the amount of work completed, I will block you, and you will not commission me in the foreseeable future.
☆ Follow the rules provided in the commission, YCH or Adoptable post.
☆ I have every right, as the artist, to decline your commission without providing a reason.
☆ Do not harass me for progress, but you may ask to see WIP, which I will provide at my own discretion.
☆ You may NOT under any circumstances commission NSFW if you are not 18+.
☆ I will NOT draw anything: racist, transphobic, homophobic, or hate related, drug use, mecha, or underage NSFW.
II. PAYMENT
☆ All payment is taken via PayPal Invoice or Square Invoice.
☆ To reserve a slot in my queue, a 25% nonrefundable down payment is required. The down payment goes toward your total commission price.
☆ Payment plans are available upon request.
☆ In the case of Payment Plans, the commissioner will be provided with a full resolution image after 100% payment has been made.
☆ Private commissions that I may not post to my gallery will result in a fee of +$30% to the total price. Alternatively, I will replace your character in the piece with one of mine so that I may post it for no upcharge.
☆ Additional background, items, complexity, alternative versions will increase price.
☆ Adopts designed by and adopted from me are 20% off for commissions of them.
III. PROCESS
☆ I will not begin work on your commission until after I receive payment.
☆ You must supply me w/ at least one flat color image of your character. Shaded images, VR or Second Life models, text only descriptions are not invalid as reference images.
☆ I provide WIPs in the order of sketch, linework with flat colors, then the final product.
☆ Revisions are available during the sketch portion ONLY; 3 minor revisions are included. Any revisions outside of this are subject to hourly rate of $40 per hour.
☆ Queue order is first paid in full, first serve.
☆ I provide the final product in full resolution to the commissioner via email.
☆ Turn around time can vary between 1 week - 3 months on a variety of factors including; commission slot priority, commission complexity, conventions, merchandise deadlines, holidays, school, and family matters.
IV. CANCELING / REFUND POLICY
☆ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any given point in time, with or without reason.
☆ The commissioner may request a refund, with or without reason.
☆ The commissioner may only request to cancel a commission for a full refund if a WIP has not been provided.
☆ Partial refunds may be given at any point, but the amount is entirely dependent on my own discretion and the commission’s level of completion.
☆Refunds will not be given once the commission has been finished. This is non-negotiable. I do not offer refunds for work completed.
☆ Refund requests made within 48 hours of initial payment will be honored and place you on my blacklist.
☆ Adopts are not available for refunds.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
☆ You may repost/share your commission wherever you please, as long as you provide credit.
☆ You may use your commission as an icon, header, advertisement, etc. as long as you provide credit.
☆ You may not edit my artwork without my permission.
☆ You may not claim the commissioned piece as your own work.
☆ You may not use the commission commercially, for profit, or for use in any AI program.

✨Update for 2020 | December Patreon Newsletter ✨

Hello folks, and welcome to the December Newsletter!Beginning in February, this Patreon is switching gears like never before! The way that I attempted to run things this year did not pan out how I would have liked it to have gone. The amount of work I gave myself was unsustainable to all parties involved. As much as I would like to take requests for every tier....it's simply not doable for me. And that has not been fair to either of us.
This coming year I'm going to be focusing on myself and what I want to create. This is... something that I have not been able to do for the past few years. And it has been taking a toll on my creative and mental well being.
My focus come February is going to be on creating things that I love, merchandise, and my branding as an artist. Each month will have a prompt/theme to influence what I'll be creating for that month. My end goal is to have between 2-5 designs by the end of the month that I can make into prints, stickers, or other merchandise for conventions and for all of you.
Where do my Patrons come in? You may be wondering where you come in with this for the next year since this Patreon will be less request based and more artist focused. No worries! Despite having themes and prompts to ultimately decide my work, you will still get to make suggestions for the type of content that I get to make! You are also able to vote on your favorite designs for me to finish. Certain tiers will contain rewards of physical merchandise for the completed pieces.
Request streams when??? For December, I cannot promise that there will be any. The holidays are rough and don't allow for much time outside of work. Come January I'll be going back to school (HUZZAH!) and after class will have a few good hours to stream! My classes are Tuesday and Thursday and I'll let you know the dates I'll be streaming closer to those weeks.
Tiers are changing! As you could have guessed it, the tiers and rewards that I am offering will be changing! I won't go into too much detail as of right now, but will keep everyone updated as we go.
Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT THIS YEAR!
There is much that I would not have been able to accomplish without your support. If the changes for the next year do not interest you, please don't feel bad about withdrawing your subscription.
