SO I finally am making a TOS with my art.

I will no longer have commission prices set, Note me with a commission description for a quote. Quotes are not guaranteed for over a week, Prices can change at any time before a price is agreed on for a commission.
I am more likely to deny:
Winged dragons
Characters with wings
NSFW
Straight up porn
Extremely detailed characters (like to the point its hard to even see what the character is)

payment is not asked for or needed until image is done, I will not send the final image until I am paid in full.

YCH must be paid for up front before drawing is started

Terms Of Service

BY COMMISSIONING OR BUYING A DESIGN ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TOS, PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING

General:
TOS are subject to change at any given time for any reason.
I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason.
I hold the right to deny sales of designs for any reasons.
I will not give the final product until paid in full .
Commissioner can post commissioned art or bought designs (please post the watermarked verson supplied)
Credit MUST be given if art is used outside of FurAffinity.
Only the person who paid for the art is allowed to use it.
I can work with deadlines, but can not guarantee its completion before the deadline.
I hold the right to use any art I have drawn for various purposes (commission examples, portfolios, promotions, ect.), I will not use any commissioned pieces for profit unless commissioner agrees to it (T shirt design, prints, ect.).
If many edits are made I hold the right to deny edits until extra money is paid, I will offer 4 minor edits (ones that do not alter the lines or large area of the image) minimum for free on any commission.
Art prices are not final until agreed on.
I hold the right to charge fees for excessive edits, or edits that take a long time to do.
All commissioners are offered a rough sketch of their image before they pay, I will not continue to work on art without written agreement to go on first.

Refunds:
I am willing to give refunds for any art that is failed to be given after payment
I will not refund money if buyer is unsatisfied with art, I will however try to work out edits to fix the problem. I will not redraw the image without a fee.
I hold the right to make refunds for any art I am unable to give or complete.
Refunds can not be made for designs you no longer want, all adopt design sales are final.

Designs / adopts:
All sales are final, and can not be refunded.
You may not sell a design for more than the original bought price, unless extra art is with it.
You hold the right the the design or character bought, not the art. I may use the art in any non profit uses still.
Buyer may post the designs given ref.
I hold the right to deny sales of a design at any time for any reason.

Also, feel free to give offers on set price designs. The worst I can do is deny the sale for that price.
