Posted 5 years agoOkay, turns out that I can post journals and write literature on DeviantART. Guess something was just a little misunderstanding and I thought it was DeviantART that was really messing up. So, my mistake.
The real con that I found was that I keep having my cover image being gone the next day and because of that, I decided not to bother putting on up anymore.

Posted 5 years agoAlright, this is actually my first journal around here and this is not the kind of topic that I wanted to discuss about. I used to write stories back on DeviantART, when it had the classic layout (rest in peace); but ever since Eclipse came around, it messed up a lot of things and I just now found that I can't just post literature, unless if I had an image, in order to post literature. I'm sure that there are some people who just wanted to do that but DeviantART just couldn't leave things alone.
While I had gotten used to DeviantART Eclipse (only because I had to and there's still the fact that I refuse to leave the website) but I sure noticed some cons and not being able to just post literature without an image is really a pain in the ass. The thing is, I've actually wrote really intense stories; the kind of stories where you honestly thought the character in the story was going to die. That kind of intense. Things were fine but some people had to change everything and couldn't leave anything alone.
It might seem like that I come across as petty (Which I'm not) but it's just so annoying how something so simple has to be a science project. This isn't rocket science. At least, I can post journals here but not what I had in mind to do so but it's better then nothing.
