The TV Situation has been diagonsed & rectified.

Diagnosis:
It was the worst option, the TV itself (the LED Backlight specifically) was bust, and no workable options existed online for me to replace it cheap - not unless I wanted to buy several hundred if not thousands of LED Backlight strips (I only needed 5) for a few thousand pounds.

Solution:
Just nabbed my folks old set that's been sitting in the attic for the last 5 years.

It is 11:50pm as I'm writing this intro line, I've spent about 40 minutes trying to write this, because in the process of writing out the first subject an incident occured and has lead to the second subject.

Nice timing that, because with FA's new rules I might need to accelerate those plans, given that I've dabbled with aged-up characters before (Amy Rose, Tails, Octavia). They say Bad Things Come In Threes.

I put out those discounts last month to cover the cost of my tablet's power cable breaking... 2 weeks later, the money raised also went to covering the cost of a new headset, as my now-previous headset decided the part that connected the left ear to the strap would disintergrate upon being picked up to be put on.

Now, about 30 minutes before writing this - my TV's decided to replicate what the tablet was doing when the power cable burnt out by dimming to near blackness - only this time it flickers back to full brightness for a split second every couple seconds. Given the TV isn't my tablet that doesn't cripple me. I'm just gonna let it sit unplugged overnight and see if it'll just magically pass after that, then I'll try replacing the fuse... then the cable.

If it's the cable - I raffle a discounted commission.
