TERMS OF SERVICE


What I can draw:
- CG Illustrations / Icons / Reference cheets / Sketches / Line art / Graphic pr0n desing/ Graphic Desing
- People / Humanoids / Furry / my little pony / Alternative Anatomy / Monsters/ Creatures/ Landscapes/Desing concept

What I won't draw:
- Someone else's OC without owner permission(but if your friend's or loved one's OC and you need a gift it's ok)
- Video / pixel art / vector graphics

Fetish


Fetishes YES:
- Muscles, paw, shibari, bondage, tickling, violence, any sexual orientation, any gender and sex variation, any body type

Fetishes NO:
- Scat / Waterworks / Babies or children in sexual settings / Diapers / Pregnancy/ Extremely fat or extremely muscles characters / Larvae and decay / Inflation

*This list is not extensive, feel free to ask me if your fetish is not here*

I reserve the right to refuse service and refunds to anyone who breaks my TOS

Commission Guidelines

- I have a right to cancel your commission, if there will be a problem in workflow, as because, I have a weak health condition, and, it might cause unnecessary stress and lead to worst end results.
- I start drawing only after receiving full payment. Feel free to ask for details!
- I can charge extra, if im making a character based ONLY on the description
- Include pictures of additional items (like clothing or jewelry) for the commission, at least a sketch or photo
- Once comm is paid, you'll be on my to-do list. If your piece is missing, a friendly reminder is appreciated. My file system can glitch and delete something. Thanks for understanding!
- English is not my native language, please just keep this in mind during our communication and feel free to re-ask something!

Complex Character Fee

- If your character is highly complex, a fee of ≤20% may apply. Additional charges may vary based on character intricacy.
- Alternatively, I can diverge from the canon without imposing a fee

Color and Style

- I aim for more ANALog\graphic and atmospheric illustrations, sometimes leading to altered character colors. This can often lead to colors of characters looking different or "off"
Please communicate your preferences BEFORE I start your commission to avoid issues.
- If you ask for recoloring, it involves substantial effort. I reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the piece cost for it. Thanks for understanding!

Refunds and Changes

- Before sketching: Full refund
- After sketching: 50% refund
- After sketch completion (lining started): No refund
- I'm happy to fix any commission issues due to my errors for free
- Please be aware that post-clarification edits may incur a fee (5-20% of your piece price).
- Changing ideas without canceling: Possible with adjustments, fee may apply.
- I can be fast or draw slowly, it really depends. If, for some reason (barring health or tech problems)

Ownership of unused drawings

- If I have to redraw your sketch I might use a part of what I've made in other artworks (not your OC, only my drawings)
