Hi, all! I'm taking a break from art work for a week, so you won't see any work from me for a bit. If I do any art, it will be for my own benefit, and nothing more. For those not in the know, I make a living purely off of commission work and Patreon support, and while that's managed to pay the bills for a couple years now (which is amazing!), it's something I can never really take much of a break from. I've been working basically non-stop for months now, and I think I can finally afford to take the break I've really been needing for a while.

After the break, I will be doing Patreon rewards at the beginning of March, putting up the YCH auctions I have ready, and then I hope to open up legit commissions again. I don't think I've been publicly open for work since, like, November, so this will be interesting. I will be changing my prices and terms slightly, so I hope you look forward to it!

Getting people together for a Christmas G/t art pack! After the fun everyone had in making the Halloween pack recently, most of them expressed interest in doing something similar for Christmas, so I’m putting one together. If you're interested in drawing/writing something for a Christmas art pack focused on macro/micro, check out this form! There are a couple rules to note at the top, so please read through those.

If a user by the name of pillco****3 (name partially hidden to ensure nobody goes witch hunting, while ensuring that those already involved know who I'm speaking of - though there's a possibility he has dummy accounts by now, as well) tries to contact you asking me to restore contact with him or take his commissions, please ignore that message. What happened is between me and him, and he HAS a way of getting in contact with me. I've made my decision, and turning to other people to persuade me is not going to help his cause.

This isn't a mob call by any means - I don't think he's an awful person or anything, and I don't want anything bad to happen to him. But what's happening is between he and I, and you shouldn't have to get involved. If, by any chance, you already ARE involved, I apologize sincerely. This whole thing has been blown out of hand.

Again, please don't go looking for trouble in this regard! I really don't want anyone getting doxxed or harassed or anything. Just know that if you're already involved in this somehow, you don't need to be.

Is it as simple as wanting to support the creator, or are there perks one could offer that would be what you’re interested in? I’m looking to try and revitalize my currently declining Patreon and wondering what people would like.

I currently offer project files and full-resolution images for all illustrations I complete, early access to Patreon-sponsored content (that eventually gets released publicly), voting rights to determine the theme and specifics of that Patreon-sponsored content, and several tiers of monthly commission rewards.

On Tuesday I’ll be traveling to the States from Sweden! Tomorrow (Monday) I’ll be spending as much time with my wife as possible before I leave, so there won’t be any art from me until Thursday at the earliest, assuming I’ll be able to get to work straight away when I get home, which is not a sure thing. I may need one or two days to myself to recuperate and get used to being alone again.

Once I can work again, I plan to finish up Patreon rewards, start work on the large comic I’ll be doing for the next two months, and get back into my commission queue! But that’ll be just a bit. Until I see you again, keep the spirit of the goat alive!
