I want more books to read
General | Posted 10 years agoHey all,
New year, new school. I want some suggestions on what kind of books to read.
I have a major preference for anything historical, science related, or any good fiction (any genre is cool).
I you have a book you love; feel free to suggest it to me, I would like to read it.
Thanks!

New book log; 2015
General | Posted 11 years agoOh wow, its a new year. I am already so far behind on my reading. Where does the time even go? I skipped January (let's say for school reasons, yes, that will do) and continues on in February.
Books read for 2015;
February:
Equal Rites - Terry Pratchett (Quite a charming look into gender equality, "Women can't be wizards?! Can they?")
March:
For Whom the Bell Tolls - Earnest Hemingway (Look to the sky just before you die, it is the last time you will.)
April:
Fifth Elephant -Terry Pratchett
May:
Men at Arms - Terry Pratchett
June:
The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer - John Little (The bodybuilding legend; Mike Mentzer. A glorious moustache)
The Hobbit - J.R.R Tolkien (again!)
The Ugly Renaissance - Alexander Lee
Feet of Clay - Terry Pratchett
Breakfast of Champions - Kurt Vonnegut (Free will? What is that? We were programmed to have it)
July:
Thud! - Terry Pratchett
August:
Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking - Susan Cain
Currently Reading:
Tesla: Man Out of Time - Margaret Cheney (Grandfather of electrical engineering and AC motors)
The Necronomicon - H.P Lovecraft
To Read:
The Case for Mars - Robert Zubin
Primal Body, Primal Mind - Nora T. Gedgaudas (A look into the effectiveness of the 'Paleo diet'
Still a lot, I tend to go out and buy more books from chapters whenever im currently on a list of books to read. Not to mention I am subbed to audible. Deary me.
