I didn't have a good start, but now I finally have the strength to work qwq
I also discovered a timelapse in clip studio and now I will record all the processes of working on drawings (you could see in the last post the process of creating a new adopt)
But I will post it in my Boosty (+ shorts in FA as gif)

・For the sake of better understanding, please describe your order in the most precise and detailed way possible, without any excessive information.
・Please provide detailed references. If possible, please provide references for pose, background, emotion and any other substantial information.
・Please be polite, as I will not be able to work with you otherwise.
・Please follow these TOS, as I will have to decline your commission otherwise.
2. PAYMENT
・Please provide full pre-payment of your commission before I start working on it.
・I use only PayPal as payment system. The payments must be done by PayPal invoices.
・The payment must be received by me in 48 hours after the invoice is sent.
3. PROCESS AND CHANGES
・You can check the progress of your commission here
・Work In Progress (WIP) is provided at every step of the work (sketch, line, flat, shade, etc.)
・If the commissioner does not need a WIP at any step except sketch, he (she) should tell me about this.
・Any changes can be made only at the sketch stage of your commission. Any changes at any further step must be discussed and are charged separately.
・The time of completion of your commission could be from several weeks to 3 months, depending on the complexity of your order, my life circumstances and other factors. I will notify you if your work is delayed due to some extraordinary events.
4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
・Unless the drawing is private or for commercial use, the artist (me) holds copyright to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
・I can use the copyrighted artwork for promotion, displaying at my portfolios, posting it anywhere I like and as sample artwork.
・The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, post it anywhere he (she) likes, ⚠ but only with a reference to the artist (me) ⚠, and claim the right of their character(s) (not the drawing itself).
・If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. Copyright infringement includes:
✗ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (you cannot use the artwork for personal income).
✗ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork (you cannot state you have drawn it youself).
✗ Removing any watermarks/signatures.
✗ Altering the artwork without discussing it with the artist (me).
・A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be additional 100% of original price.
🗸 With commercial rights you are allowed to use the artwork commercially (for merchandise or any other source of income - books, covers, etc.).
🗸 You can use it for self-promotion, change it in any way you like.
🗸 You must still provide reference to the artist (me).

・I have the right to cancel the commission before the payment was received and refund the money at any time. If any part of the commission is already finished, the money are refunded partially.
