SO... just to let you all know I did see the new policy change.

My feelings reflect just about everyone else's about it so I'm sure that's no real surprise. I think what started as a good-intention policy was just horribly executed. And when they tried to clarify more and more they only made it worse.

Obviously I am strongly against drawing underage-kink stuff as lined out in my terms of what I will and won't draw. But one thing I like drawing is size-difference situations (such as the large vaporeon/sylveon in the comic I'm super behind on) so I'm not entirely sure what the mods and admins interpretation of that would be.

Even though they think it's alright for a 13 year old to be pregnant and vored.... fucking EWWW

anywho... I thiiiink I'm alright with my stuff. I'm not going anywhere. I've made it clear I don't draw underage in what could be conceived as a "kink" scenario.

Some folks just have small characters (like Lager) that like it when they're teased by bigger creatures so as long as their ref says they're over 18 and I can draw them with more "adultish" looking proportions I guess then there really shouldn't be a problem.

Just thought I'd let you all know I'm track on that. And if for SOME reason it's still not good enough for the FA mods here, then don't forget the other places you can find me.

However, I do have some tidbits as to what will make me more likely to pick your com request in the future ;)

1. Submit multiple forms!
Seriously, you can submit as many as you like! With multiple submissions I'm bound to find an idea in one of them that Im more likely to pick. On that note, I would much rather you share your ideas on the from than with DM-ing me because I'm in more of a drawing mood when I'm reading form submissions than I am most other times

2. Have it be something more than just my Vapytheon or Genevieve hypnotizing and coiling you
When you just want your OC coiled and hypnotized, it doesn't really leave much to the imagination. Now if you wanted like a fun scenario like maybe sleepwalking or having them put you in a fun pre-vore situation etc I'd be more likely to indulge on that.

3. Go for something totally out of the ordinary!
If you can make your submission REALLY stand out among the others, it may actually intrigue me MORE than a normal hypno/coiling request. Something like maybe a funny comic scenario or just something completely off the wall will be bound to make me more curious to try!

Some day, I will figure out how to do full comic page commissions for folks. Along with maybe some animated YCH's too.

I will be reopening Commissions again tomorrow! The google form will be up at 8:00 AM Eastern Time! and will be open for 24-48 hrs depending.

And YES I am offering Telegram stickers now! I've done some for friends and they have said that folks really get a kick out of them so I figured why not?

So I've actually not been doing to bad with this 5 commisisons a month thing lately! I feel Ive been having some pretty good turn around and getting to folks that haven't had a chance to commission me yet.

That being said, I've been SO tied up with commission and patreon/streaming sketches that I haven't had a lot of time to really work on the comic or some other personal projects of mine.

So I'm gonna take a ONE month break from commission for the month of January to do that. Which means comms will open back up on the 26th of January

Probably wouldn't be a terrible idea to take a one month break every time I'm getting overwhelmed or burnt out from coms

I apologize for making you all wait, but I FINALLY completed my move. Computer and internet are finally working right so I can start working on commissions, patreon sketches (2 available slots btw!) and the comic!

And since I spent SO FREAKING much on moving/settling costs I think this Friday, I'm gonna stream some commission work and sketch requests on Picarto. Shall send a journal for updates on this this Thursday!

IF YOU APPLIED FOR A COMMISSION FROM ME LAST YEAR...
So last year, when I opened the Google Forms for people to apply for comissions... I got 50 responses.
Guys... 50.
And I JUST now finished commission number *counts* 21. I've done 21 out of 50. I'm not even HALFWAY there.

It is because of that that I need to announce with a heavy heart that I'm trimming down the number of those commissions I'm doing. I was too over enthusiastic and thought that I could handle all of it, but with recent events at work and upcoming future possibilities this is now becoming WAY to overwhelming. My job has put me in a place where I don't even get a full hour lunch break anymore (I used to also draw during my lunch break to help get them done quicker). Plus with trying to upload comic pages in between some of them along with other personal projects, this process is just going to drag on and on til next year. I've already had plenty of people starting to get impatient with me that I was taking too long to get to theirs done. And I really don't want to possibly make people wait until NEXT year before I get to theirs. I know some of you might say that you don't mind waiting, but keep reading and hold on to that enthusiasm for what I'm about to say in just a few more short paragraphs

And because of this, I decided to cut down 19 of the 29 remaining responses I got. Therefore I will only be doing 10 more commissions from last year's form.

If you don't see your name on this list, PLEASE don't take it personally. I had to carefully read through all of them and decide which ones I could probably get through the easiest and the quickest. Everyone had MARVELOUS comm ideas but I really cannot stress enough how difficult it was for me to pick which ones I would try to finish and which ones I wouldn't. I'm very deeply sorry if you've been waiting forever for me to get to your comm.

BUT PLEASE! If you still want one from me then keep your comm idea! When I open comms again, I will keep in mind who I didn't get to on this list and try to prioritize you for first pickings. (Tentative how my comm system will work. Please keep reading for more info on that.) When comms WILL open again, I don't know.

MORE PROJECTED FUTURE (AND GOOD) NEWS!
So my application for the Air Force Reserves has been APPROVED!! What this means, is I can get OUT of this crummy full time active duty position soon and actually start working on my goal for making art my FULL TIME JOB (with some AF weekend drills thrown in) Come this September, I will be released and can begin doing nothing but DRAWING 5 days a week babyyyyy! I'm hoping I can get those 10 comms done before then because that month is going to be chaos with moving back to the States, moving in with the mother for some time and getting all my belongings together before moving AGAIN. This time to.... wait for it... PITTSBURGH babyyyyy!!

On that note, since I plan to go full time, I'm going to need some financial platforms to help support me which is why I shall be opening up a...

Because I'm going to have SO MUCH going on within the next few months, (i.e. finishing those remaining comms, opening patreon, separating, moving, getting my finances figured out, moving AGAIN {all on top of the BS work schedule they have me on now}) the comic will be on a temporary hiatus.

But fret not because I have already formatted and wrote the next 10 pages! But because there really isn't going to be any... *cough* kinky parts in those pages, I wish to get them ALL done and release a page every week so that you guys don't get too bored with the story (yes there actually is a story lol). I'm already making those who want coms from me wait, I don't want to make people waiting on each page to be waiting long too. Most likely, I may not even release any pages until I'm already settled at my new place and doing art full time.

On top of that comic, I've also got lots of other projects on the board including short story comics, expanding Lager's own universe, dabbling more in animation, and of course the streaming bit too!

Final word...
So I know that was a LOT to take in (which is why I broke it up for easier reading)

But for the tl;dr version, I'm essentially dropping some of the comm applications in order to take a breather on my mental health and finish some important things first. And because I don't' take payment until the commissioner is satisfied with their sketch it's not like I'm refunding anyone.

I again am deeply and truly sorry to people who have been waiting forever to get a comm from me and not see their name on that list. This was hard for me. Doing all these comms with a SHIT work schedule is hard for me. I'm hoping that if I can really make it working as a full time freelance artist that I can make it up to all of you that have been waiting forever. There's nothing that makes me happier than hearing someone's elated reaction to a picture I've done for them.

It makes me more proud and happier than anything I've ever done in the Air Force. And I've been in for 12 years so that's saying a LOT.

Journal time! Got some news here about a potential future with me and my art

So some of you that know me know that I work full time active duty US Air Force. Working 45+ hrs a week, going to and from work while it's still dark out tends to leave you a bit too drained to draw sometimes. This is the main reason why comms and comic pages are taking so long.

However, just today, I submitted my application to separate active duty and go into the reserves. If selected this could mean within less of a years time, I could potentially go full time freelancing artist. This would mean a quicker turn-around time for art and also a comic page uploaded at least twice a month.

This would also mean that I would possibly have to change the way I do commissions and also raise my prices a bit since that's going to be my main means of supporting myself. For one I would open up a Patreon and a Kofi. If my application goes through I shall open and start taking patron commissions! And if people want something quicker, one of the things I'd like to do is a bi-monthly streaming session on Picarto where patrons and Kofi supporters get a sketch of one character plus Discord benefits! (more details on how it will all work later)

But as stated before, I would try to release a page of Whenever They Catch You at least twice a month now instead of like 3-4 times a year. Patrons would get to see a new page a week early!

Some of might have seen a personal website link put up in the contact info of my FA page. Just know that it's still under construction at the moment so there's not a lot there. But it's where I'm going to list all my commission info, comic page archive, other artworks and links along with possibly merch in the future! (like stickers and pins)

Guys, I'm not gonna lie... I am like SUPER stoked for this if this happens!

All this being said, my application could still be denied, and I'd have to wait another two years before I could make this all a reality. If it does, just know that I'm still going to keep drawing and try to do commissions for people. Things will jsut take as long as they're going now.

I should know the answer in 4-6 weeks (maybe sooner) so when I find out, I'll announce it here as well.
