My boyfriend and I had a breakup. I don’t really want to go into details, just know it’s better for both of us if we step away. Though I know this, it’s still sad. I won’t be working on commissions, because I’m worried my current mental state might cause a drop in quality. I will likely post a lot of vent art though. I don’t want pity, or sympathy. Life happens, and hopefully this will make him and I better people in the long run. I hope my customers understand. If you do not want to wait, I can issue a refund.

So, first I hurt my wrist, now I'm going through crippling depression that's making it hard for me to manage to do anything. I've been working on my commissions list as best I can, I swear. But now, my mom won't let me use the net, so all I can do is update via journal on her laptop ((my art is on my netbook)). I could thumb drive it, but I actually do not own one, pathetic as that is. I'm going to try my best to get things done and get my mom to let me back online.

Btw, for anyone confused by the prospect of a 23 year old not being allowed on the internet, I have no job, I can't drive, and I live at home with my parents. We live in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, where there is no cable. Everything is satelite. So we have to use a hub for internet and cell phones tethered to out laptops. I'm not allowed to use either unless I do everything she decides is my chores for the day. My depression is making it hard for me to get it done. I promise to try and post the art soon.

Sooo, I'm having some wrist trouble. It's hurting a bit, so expect me to be a liiiiittle slow on my commissions/trades. I promise I'll get them done! I just don't want to over-work myself, cause it's really bugging me.

Here are my thoughts on Alicorn Twilight Sparkle.... ahem....


IT'S A LITTLE GIRL'S SHOW. Yes, a lot of the viewers are adults, but the show, predominantly, is a show for little girls. Little girls who, at their age, want to be, and like princesses. And, at LEAST, it's not like MY CHILDHOOD, where princesses were only just STARTING to get some balls and be relatively developed characters, but Twilight is an INTELLIGENT, STRONG WILLED character. Becoming a princess, in my opinion, is not going to make her suddenly a pwetty pwetty pwincess, like people are saying. I'm personally, quite happy with the possibility of Princess Twilight, because it is teaching little girls, that if they work hard, and are dedicated. they can become very important people. So if you've got a problem with it, then don't watch. Quit your bitching all over twitter, and all over the net, because honestly? No one gives two shits if you don't like it. Because overall, pleasing the fanbase has really only caused them trouble. (Note: Ditzy Doo being changed to Derpy Hooves for the fans, and then causing them to have to change her again because it offended people.)

Seriously guys, you are grown adults. Get your panties out of your ass and maybe use your intelligence and time for a movement that should really be important, like ending world hunger, or women's rights in China, or hell, the AIDs problem in Africa, instead of Clipping Twilight Sparkle's wings. Someone has said it's against FA rules. I don't know if it is, I swear I've seen people do payed raffles, but I'm shutting it down anyhow. To avoid drama and since no one was joining anyhow. You'll have to get commissions normally from me, and remember, they're only five dollars until next saturday

So, I'm going to be increasing my prices soon, as I feel I've gotten better, and now offer shading. But I'll give people time to hit me up for my current $5 commissions because I don't want to shirk people. I'm going to delay my price rise until February 2nd. This gives you all a WHOLE WEEK to get a five dollar commission. As soon as it's February 3rd, my commissions will be $10 base price, $7 if you get one in a stream. I'll be setting up rules and ToS soon. <3

I need a way to make an income. Currently I don't have a liscense or a way to get a job. I live in the middle of nowhere and all I have is the art I do. I really need commissions. I don't know if it's because they're priced too high or if people just aren't interested in my style, but I'm struggling.

I'm really behind on art right now, mainly because I'm struggling trying to draw anything that isn't pony art. I swear I'm trying to get stuff done, but pony art has become my thing. I will keep trying with art owed that isn't pony art, but It's giving me a hard time. I love all you guys!
