Human decision debate
Posted 14 years agoThe human mind might be fragile in terms of mental power and stability, but when it comes to life changing decisions humans act on thought rather than emotions given the situation. Example: A man defects to the other side in hopes for a better outcome, but instead sees his mistake and has regret towards his decision. Now he is labeled a traitor from his original side and he can't betray the side he is on without the penalty of execution. In a less extreme case a game of dodge ball: you decide to choose the opposite team without your friends. You then find out later in the game your friends are winning the game. Your thought of a better outcome has been proven wrong.
Tell me your experience with life or less extreme decisions that involved choosing a side you thought would have a better outcome.
