Posted 2 years agoI would really love it if my husband can take a week or two off of work to be with me after the baby gets here. So I am trying to earn an extra $500.
Im going to be running some sales here and there to see what people would like to grab, and the first is $60 full body pixel pieces! They normally run $100.
These will not come with animations, since they are on sale.

---Update for my Commissioners - I'm pregnant

I had been really sick these past few weeks, and then I missed my period and started having bad pains...
Well turns out I'm pregnant...
On top of this, I had to basically get our house cleaned and ready for a home appraisal, by myself.
Because my husband works, and then our room mates (my best friend and her husband, their baby, cat and dog, who have been living with us for 9 months) decided they were going to go stay at her grandmother's house and work on their car for over a month now (leaving their animals with us and all their stuff for me to clean)
Today was the appraisal... we will hopefully know tomorrow if we will be able to buy the house we are in or if we need to start packing.
So I should be back to working on art very soon.
I apologize to everyone who is waiting on stuff from me.
I have been sick and in pain, stressed over the appraisal, and basically putting a home back together by myself.
I am a nervous wreck over the pregnancy, but I'm trying not to be.
I did have to go to the doctor do to the pains I was having, and it turns out i have a growth in my uterus. But they said they wont remove it until there is more then one.
But I do not have a tubal pregnancy... so that's good
Sorry I dont know what to say really, other then I apologize for the delays and really appreciate how patient everyone has been with me.
I am very lucky not to have any rude or impatient commissioners. And I'm also thankful for the patience of the other artist I owe trades too.

We may be homeless in two months.

We had a two year rent to own contract, but now the people that own our house want us to have it in our name in two months or be out.
(When we should have until the end of this year to get the house in our name)
My mother has been the mediator for the whole process, so we have never had contact with the home owners.
We asked for a copy of the lease that said we had until the end of the year, but now both my mom and the owners say the cant find any copies of it.
We were never given our copy. (I was stupid and just blindly trusted my mother, I now understand I fucked up)
We are looking into taking them to court, but that cost money. And if we lose we are right back to where we started...
We have 4 adults, an 8 month baby, 3 dogs, an indoor cat, and two stray cats that we have been taking care of since we moved in, all about to be kicked out and homeless.
(Because my best friend and her family are still living with us, they are also having a hard time getting a home loan)
So I am asking for any and all help I can get.
Helping would mean helping two families have a home.
I have never asked for donations for myself, but I am at a point where I dont know what else to do.

My husband and I moved into our house last year under a two year rent to own contract.
We were buying it from an older couple, who used it mainly as a summer home.
My mother was the mediator, we have never be given a way to contact the owners.
Everything was fine and we had no problems until my dad moved down here to live with my mom and help her after her accident a few months ago.
Things started to turn for the worse at that point, they did nothing but fight (Because my mother is a very hard person to deal with, let alone live with).
My mom told my dad he had a month and then he needed to be out...so my dad got a cheap camper that needed a lot of work.
The plan was to take the month and fix it up, and hope we could find a camp site somewhere that would take him and his two dogs.
(Because right now, you would be lucky to get a one bedroom apt around here for $1,200 a month. Not that he could even do that, because they dont allow pets.)
I have a paved driveway, that can fit 4 cars in it, my dads camper was one of the little ones, so I let him park it at my house (we live next door to my mom).
We were going to help him fix it, so it just made since to have it at my house. My mothers house did not have a paved drive way and neither of our yards really have a lot of level places to put it.
Well this pissed my mother off (Why? We dont know! I think its because she was so mad at my dad not wanting to be with her, that she wanted to see him fell).
All of a sudden, my dad was no longer welcome in her house. She had said he had a month, but now he wasnt welcome because he got a camper and parked it at my house.
I was told I was not allowed to have a camper at my house, (Mind you, at the time it was not pluged up, it was just sitting on a paved drive way, not hurting anything).
We do not have a HOA where we live, and some of the people around us have much bigger RVS parked at their homes.
So I told my mom, if the home owner had a problem with it they needed to talk to me about it (Because my mom said they were the ones that wanted it gone).
Because I wasnt going to let my dad be homeless. The camper still needed a lot of work and we still hadnt found a campsite to move it too.
We never had any plans of keeping it at my house for long. And until she kicked my dad out, we had no plans for him to even stay in it until it was moved.
Everyday she called about it, called and yelled and talked to him like he was a dog (He started putting her on speaker phone so we could hear how bad she was talking to him).
But because I wasnt giving into her, and moving it, she then called and said that it is going to cost me my house if it isnt moved.
Granted I still hadn't heard anything from the owner of the house, so we didnt know if this was just my mom talking out of her ass or not.
To be safe my dad got it moved. He didnt want to cost us a home, even if it ment moving the camper before it was 100% fixed.
But it was to late, my mom said that the owner now needed us to have the house in our name by the end of june....Not even a full 3 months.
I told her that it didnt matter because we signed a lease that said we had until the end of the year and we didnt break any rules.
My mother said that they now cant find any copies of the first lease (We had sent two copies to the owner to sign and to send one back for us to have, but never got it back).
So we are now in a hard spot...we have already started calling attorneys and they said we have a good case, but we havent been able to get one to sit down with us and really go over everything.
And then we now have to worry about the cost of going to court, and what if we dont win?
Two months is not enough time to get a home loan and get this house in our name.
We have been working so hard to get our credit up (We both had credit in the 500s but now our scores are right under a 620, which is what we need to get a loan)
We were on track to get our credit up in time if we had until the end of the year, but I dont see it getting to where we need it to be in two months.
So I am at a point where I dont know what to do. My best friend and her family are still living with us (They have much better credit then us, and are going for a VA loan, but even they are having a hard time getting approved for a loan.) So we have 4 adults, an 8 month baby, 3 dogs, an indoor cat, and two stray cats that we have been taking care of since we moved in, all about to be kicked out and homeless.
I have no where else to go, I cant live with my mother again, living with her was the lowest point in my metal health, and I have already fell back to self harm do to all the stress.
And my dad lives in a little camper with his two dogs...so I cant stay with him.
My best friend also doesnt really have anywhere else to go, thats why she is living with me.
There is no where to rent around here that we could afford. And even if we could afford the high rent, most places dont allow animals.
So if you have any advice, I would love to hear it.
I really dont know what to do. Even if we do get approved for the loan we have to have the down payment and closing fees.
Which we dont have right now.
So I am going to try and work nonstop to get any kind of money, to try and help keep two families from being homeless.
If you could at all help by donating or getting a commission, I would really appreciate it.
