Welp, giving a heads up, I'm gonna be leaving today to visit family in Mexico for a week, the plan was to do 2-3 weeks in order to get my root canal done there because it was cheaper, but due to a bunch of complications we're just gonna do it home and set up a payment plan for it.... ANYWAYS sorry my art output this month was dogshit, I kinda used up all my energy all at once in a blaze of glory and then spent the entire month recovering that energy, but I think with all the bullshit with stuff like MasterCard and Visa and all these anti NSFW laws being passed, it was hard for me to get the drive to draw again you know?

So anyways? Plan now, Go to Mexico, spend a week with the family with 0 pressure on myself to draw and to just enjoy myself, and then after that, I go and do the last commission work I still was working on, and take like another week or two to catch up with all the owed gift art I said I would do but couldnt due to my brain bullshit, After that? Well I'm gonna do a few personal projects I've been putting off before finally allowing myself to do commissions again

If anyone is worried I will still be doing my Patreon art while taking this break, I just think I hit my limit and im trying to find out a way to balance out myself again, its hard to tell how im feeling sometimes tbh, sorry to make you all wait/worry

Sorry I hit some really bad burnout last week and I needed to take a while to recover, my current plan is to finish the current commissions I started this week, then taking the next week to catch up on any owed gift art/trades/personal projects before continuing with the rest of my queue

Hey I'm going to Japan from the 15th to the 23rd so I wont be able to respond to anything on these sites while I'm gone, ive really needed a break I have been pumping out art like crazy in preparation for this!

Just this evening I was contacted by  Cheazypredy2 claiming that he had a sale slot from me that I never did and mass contacted me on all my social media/telegram account, when I asked for any proof of us talking before he claimed that his account got hacked, I asked for his email to check our history of payment and he was hesitant, asking if maybe we did the payment on some other site, It was not possible, I checked and there was no history of us ever sending money to eachother

I felt the whole thing was fishy so I went to double-check and he claimed we talked on Twitter, the issue is, the last post I did on Twitter was for a different sale, the Make Your Own Potion Sale, he asked for was only posted to Bluesky and FA, so it was impossible for us to have talked there. He also specified that he picked the Hourglass option but I was certain that he didnt claim that one as it was one of the last one to have been picked so I remembered who I did it for.

He tried claiming maybe we talked on discord but we had no history there either, when I confronted him about this he claimed to have memory problems, this entire story just reeks of a scam so I'm posting it here.

I got a few things left that I still do need to upload but I wanna wait until I finish another pic first to give context to them!

Yep got the last one snatched up, I might do an extra stream this weekend and get the last of them cleared up, wont be doing a sale for a LONG time, just dosnt work with my workflow sadly, it sucks because I really enjoy them, we'll see after cutting back on patreon though!

I realized that I dont really have any interest in making a community this past year, I enjoy meeting people and making friends on an individual level, But I am just not the kind of person that does well in servers. Putting myself in charge of one is a big mistake. I suppose its best to say that I mostly want to keep to myself and talk to people one on one, because of that I settled on deleting my old discord server and making a new one purely for hosting my patreon art and for streaming purposes

I think its one of those things where Im kind of afraid of some drama going down in the server and exploding into a huge mess, and then I end up being the one responsible, this kind of stuff weighs on my mind, and rather than having to do damage control I would rather prevent it from happening in the first place by not really hosting that community, I just dont think I want that kind of responsibility and because of that I was fairly hands off in the old server. I guess the best course of action in my mind is, If I cant handle that kind of responsibility then I should run a server like that in the first place.

Just wanted to make another update, sorry ive fallen behind on the sale again, ill probably stop doing them after this, anyways I just wanted to say I cut down the number of stream slots for my patreon, its gotten to a level that I feel I cant really keep up with so im lowering the max ammount lol,I might cut out the quick stream slots entirely or I might raise all the prices again because I found that its eating up like 70% of my drawing time at this point and I want to free up my schedule some more, but I just wanted to give a general life updat!

Ok so due to a variety of irl stuff going on with me I was going through some shit and was on like the edge of a nervous breakdown, so I made last week a sort of psudo-break week, I still kept up with my Patreon art, but I tried to mostly focus on doing some personal art for a bit to recover, I still want to do some more personal art but now I'm going to focus on getting back to all the commissions I need to work on!

First up, I am going to be streaming on Picarto again, I was thinking maybe 3 times a week? Its still tentative but I want to do more of these streams and be more active! These will be focused on coms, it will help me keep motivated to have people watching, I will also be discarding the stream question of the day and revamp my current stream setup. It was fun for a bit but I think most people didnt really engage with the stream question of the day the way I was hoping, and it ended up being too much trouble to bother keeping up with.

I also want to make a note that I will be focusing on the Make Your Own Potion Sale once again, and will most likely be streaming some progress on them this week, when I can have some time to set aside to focus on just them I am sure I can do a few a day!

I had this idea for a while now, basically I wanted to make the option of where if you include specific kinks or characters Im in the mood to draw you'll get a sort of discount on your streams by charging less time for them!

So every week when I announce the slots for that week I will also pick out some themes/Ideas I'm in the mood for along with some characters, and depending on how much you pick you get a bigger discount

For Example:

Using a character I'm in the mood to draw/Using one of my oc's - 1/4th time off

Using a scenario or kink I'm in the mood for - 1/4th time off

Using both a character and a kink I'm in the mood for (Depending if im really into the idea, some characters and ideas might not mesh well and I'll let you know) Half off

Basically I will run the timer like normal, but I will factor in the discount for how much time you have

Some weeks will not have any suggested themes or characters if I cannot think of anything

As a disclaimer I might tweak this later to have the discount be less extreme depending on how it goes, this is just me wanting to test out a new idea.
