More updates on life and the sort //honestly pay no mind
Posted 11 years agoWell I've entered into my third quarter at SCAD now and I feel as though I'm in a fairly good position at the moment in terms of getting work completed and doing well in my classes. Of course I haven't had much work so far, as it's only the third week (if I'm correct) so it's easy to feel far more confident than I likely should.
I don't think I'll be very brief, so if you'd like a quick version of everything, skip to the end where the *** is. If you'd rather read all the rest, feel free to, I'm writing it out anyway.
Artwork
What I've been focusing on with my artwork at the moment is structure and anatomy. I'm not leaving behind the canines, but I have been practicing human forms a lot more because it's something I've been meaning to practice more for far too long. I'll be working on some human characters along with a fan character (oh god forbid) so expect some artwork for that.
Some things that are on my agenda are to make reference sheets for all of my characters (digitally) because it's about damn time.
I've also been working a lot more with Sculpey and I will definitely be taking sculpture commissions at some later point in time.
School
My primary source for social activity has left my school because of an error in the school's system, so I've been very introverted this quarter. This is certainly not a bad thing because it's left me more time to manage myself and to put more time into my projects. Getting my homework done efficiently has been leaving me more time to do personal artwork and projects.

I'll be seeing my girlfriend again this June and we're organizing a trip for her to come to Massachusetts. Hopefully she'll get to meet my parents and we'll be able to spend a lot of time together. I'm hoping to do some collaboration projects with her soon as well.

I just wanted to post a little update because I haven't been super active on here for the past two weeks because of finals and my girlfriend came to visit me for the first time.
So I'm thinking about starting commissions sometime hopefully soon depending on who is interested because I'm going to try and save up some money so my girlfriend and I can see each other again.
I know I'd said before that I was going to try and save up for a fursuit head, but I think that can wait for a while. I would love to go west coast and visit her, but my father most likely won't approve of that.

will generously be giving me a ride back to Savannah so that means FWA is a go!
I'm really excited and I can't wait to see everyone!
This will be my first furry con so people will have to bare with me because I know nothing about what goes on during a con
I don't think I will have my partial done in time so I'm just going to go in cosplay, or as pain old me!
When I'm not cosplaying I almost always have this stupid looking red knit hat on so I'll be hard to miss for sure.
I'm totally cool with meeting up with people and I'll post a picture of myself so ya'll can find me okay.

foot fracture, FWA, finals//rant
Posted 11 years agoso my MRI results came back after playing phone tag for an hour calling different places, and they told me I have a small fracture in my foot. They want me to go to ANOTHER appointment probably for some other test I don't even know what for.
On top of all this I'm sick and I've got finals this week and next and I've got so much work to do and my life drawing teacher is NOT helping at all he barely knows what he wants us to even turn in for finals.
And as for FWA, my dad finally said yes, and I've got a ride to the con, ive got a room, but I don't have a ride home.
I might have a ride to macon which is 2 hours from savannah, but I dont have a ride from there. So I might not be able to go anyway.
