Hey guys, I made a patreon, because I need that good'ole money to live. Especially with how bad the UK maybe getting soon. Who knows what is going to happen? Need to start saving up just in case my husband's job goes sideways. =[ It probably won't though, but you never know. Let's try this out!

So, I normally don't share what is going on in my life that often, but maaaaaaaaan has this week been rough!

Last weekend the inside glass of our oven exploded. Yes. Exploded. =I

We went out to get a new one the day after and decided to get a nicer one than the one we had. It looked great! My husband's parents helped pay for a new one as well which was really nice of them.

Tuesday was the day that we set to have the new oven delivered and installed. The guy came over and immediately said that we had the wrong size oven and it won't fit. Which is fine it happens sometimes. We reschedule and get a different oven.

Thursday! Different guys come by this time with the oven and one of them immediately stops and tells me I have the wrong oven again. He gets furious that we were told the wrong information. Telling us that we actually had the right one all along. Apparently, the only thing the other guy had to do is remove a single board that can be removed easily.

So, now we are hopefully going back to our original oven and hopefully the next person who comes will actually install it. Haha xD

It has been kind of stressful without an oven for an entire week and I miss cooking with one. ;_;

I have received everyone's payment and will get started on commissions today! =D

Hey, guys, I was thinking about streaming myself working on some art next week, probably Monday or Tuesday depending on what my real life schedule is. I wanted to ask a few questions first though!

What do people like to watch being worked on? sketches, lineart, coloring? I would like to know what you all like to see!

Also, what time is best for everyone to watch streams? If you can tell me what time-zone you are in that would be great!

I want to start streaming more and maybe do a sketch request stream or something like that for all the people on here that watch and support me. That will have to wait a little bit though until I am a bit more comfortable with scheduling that. =]

I hope that site outage didn't mess with anyone too harshly.

At the moment I only get to draw for smaller portions of the day. I would actually like to spend most of my day drawing and doing artsy things.

I can't get over the fact how there are so many great artists on this site. I have found so many people to watch!

Also, non-artists here have been really nice to me too. I am really happy about that. =]

I've been pretty upset this weekend after seeing my in-laws. They are extremely close-minded and will rant about their opinions even if no one is questioning/debating them. I have dealt with people like this before, but sometimes they just strike a nerve.

They were talking about transgendered people and how "mentally disturbed" they are. I don't want to repeat any of it here, because it is the most stereotypical bullshit that many folks have probably heard. It really sucks to hear it. I have friends and family that are trans. I may be cisgender and straight, but that doesn't mean I can't be empathetic with someone who isn't.

To be honest their idea of gender roles go so much further than just their "issues" with LGBTQ people. It even goes as far as how men and women should only have hobbies that are appropriate for their gender. They complain that boys shouldn't be interested in dolls or how I shouldn't be into video games and comics. It really drives me up the wall. It's not like I could ever talk to them and try and argue back. They sort of just all gang up and try and steamroll over me and my husband when we try to. It is easier to sit and be quiet. I still feel guilty for not standing up for myself and my beliefs, but it is all the time that they argue this stuff. I guess it isn't so bad. My husband is with me and he has kind of had it worse. He has had to listen to it longer than me. D;

It surprises me sometimes that England can somehow top Georgia sometimes on the crazy bigotry. LIKE REALLY TOP IT. I don't know how?!

I've really gotten into this game! I have sunk so much time into my little farm. It makes me regret never playing Harvest Moon as a kid.
