The Omni William Penn! Been staying there since 2017.
What day are you getting there?
Wednesday! First time getting to a con on Wednesday. Seems relaxing.
How are you traveling?
Taking a flight. I couldn't make that 9-10 hour drive.
Who will you be rooming with?
Currently no one, actually. Bit of a planning issue on my end, but that's alright. Only con I'm doing this year anyway.
How is the best way to find you?
I usually tweet out what I'm doing, while at a con. So, Syrlantar. Also I wear a bunch of badges with my big green dude on 'em.
Are there any panels you might be attending?
I imagine some of the comedy shows. And the charity auction.
What do you look like?
I'm a stocky, tall white dude with Hagrid hair.
Will you be suiting?
I wish! I'd like to get a suit sometime soon, but I'm bad at doing the whole 'finding a maker who's open' part.
Do you do free art/trades?
I am not much of an artist!

I will be keeping an eye out for gatherings hosted by friends, sure. Macro/Micro get-togethers included.

Possibly. I tend to go do food/fun with folks that I know, though. Or friends of friends.

Ehhhh. See above requirements for whether or not you can hug me. Then think stricter, because I don't need my face floating around.

Make some good memories with friends, eat some good food. Meet new people within the Macro/Micro community. And try to be a positive fellah that people enjoy hanging out with, while at the con. And possibly walk out of the charity auction with something cool, since I'm planning on attending and giving.

No clue, this is my first con. I am a man of habit, but not habits have been established! Probably grouped up with good friends.

It's going to depend on situation, where we're going, etc. If we're going out to eat, I hope I know you, or I hope that you know someone that I'm already going with. If you're a total or near-total stranger, I would be very anxious about bringing you along! But hey, if I do get that karaoke outing moving, go for it.

Numerology and (My) Birthday

For Fans of Tera: Taking Stock

Just finished compiling the entire remaining portion of the series (remaining as in parts not posted. This is not meant to refer to an "End" being in sight. We have reached no such thing, nor do we even know what the end will or should be.)
Turns out there's a lot more pages than I thought there were. My "excuse" (for which I apologize) for lagging with story updates was that I knew - or at least pretty certainly suspect - that Tera's RP is shorter than Kira's. Because Starforge and I try to alternate fairly between the two (recently anyway. My series is shorter due to my own penchant for "taking breaks" when it is my turn to "pick" the RP topic) I figured that it would be wise to lag in posting.
Why? To prevent "catching up" to ourselves, which would force us to RP Tera and Kira at a certain pace. As of now we've got a nice backlog we can post whenever we like. Mine (Tera) happens to be smaller. Just not as small as I thought.
To get to the point, I've roughly...
*Opens extremely long word document*
...roughly 300+ pages of completed, RAW material. If I decide to stick with the ~15 page updates, that's 20 parts. And it's some heavy stuff. And not just because there's dragons in it, hehe.
You'll understand in...*possibly spoilerific number deleted* parts. Hopefully.
What does all this mean for you? I'm going to stop being lame. I'm gonna try to post more often. Hopefully at *least* every 4 days, until I get a feel for how quickly I'm catching up to "The Present."
Once we "catch up," we're gonna start hitting territory that involves us forcing ourselves to produce material quickly enough. We don't want that. You don't want that.
TL;DR More parts coming up at a better rate. Look forward to plot stuff. Woo.
On another unrelated note: I really need to start writing "fresh" content again. You know, proper prose, as opposed to prose that's an RP pose that knows it isn't prose.
I've a few ideas already, just need to get them down, get motivated.
So, lemme know what you think. Maybe if you've got a macro/micro *concept* you'd like me to try out, I might just try to tackle it. Nothing too specific. But if you shouted "Moar sizeplay" (Sizeplay classified here as the interaction between two or more characters where size difference is not extreme), I might just cook up some.

Starforge 's submissions of the "Kira" RP, which he and I worked on together, though it was mostly his vision that moved it along.
Kira - Part 1 is located at http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5526207 , and he's already gotten up to Part 3, so check it out if you think you'd enjoy reading an RP involving a human male getting thrown into a world of anthro pokemon...where he's two inches tall! It features the lovely dark lugia, Kira, played by myself, who is the first pokemon to discover the human in her dimension.
Also, I'll be doing a similar thing as him, uploading daily chunks of my "Tera" RP which mirrors his "Kira", in the sense that one of us plays a hapless male at the fingers of a macro giantess. However, our roles are switched, and the "leading lady" is a dragoness, not a pokemon =P.
I hope you'll forgive the roughness of the RP, but at least be comforted that it's long and should provide daily content for...i dunno, some while.

How about scalies? Dinos, Dragons, etc.? What if they were in a world just like ours, interacting with humans in an infinite number of ways, both good and bad? Could you get into a story like that? Sure you could!

What am I talking about? I just graduated from high school June 10th, and lo and behold, 13 years of working my tail off finally paid off: yours truly gave the valedictorian speech for the graduating class of 07!
