That Christmas Spirit
Posted 15 years agoBahaha. Haven't done a journal in...months. Haven't posted much up, either! Oh, well. Such is life in college...the time just flies away.
But now that most of the final tidal wave of projects and papers is behind me, I don't have to spend every spare second rushing around doing things, and I can do something nice for someone else. Anyone that followed me on DA would know that I've been doing free smallish art requests around Christmastime for the last few years...it gives me something to take my mind off studying for finals and hey...who doesn't love free art?
Basically, Christmas is my favorite holiday by far and I just want to spread the love around. So if you have a character you'd like to see me draw, by all means drop me a comment with a reference and I'll see what I can do :3 (try to keep it PG-13, I guess. These'll all go into a picture together.)
I know I don't have a whole ton of watchers on FA but hey...never hurts to ask!

26. pizza topping: Sausage! (Also this baked potato pizza I got once from Toppers? Kind of expensive, though.)

28. sandwich: Speaking of which! Chicken breast on white, toasted with cheddar and a little lettuce and some ranch. I got it all the time at the dining center on campus before I finally got sick of it. :<
29. cereal: Coco Dyno Bites because I am too cheap to buy Cocoa Pebbles and they taste the same, Honey nut Cheerios. I really don’t eat cereal as much as I used to.
30. fruit: Uhh…depends on what I can get! I love plums when they’re in season, but I like peaches and bananas and oranges, too.
31. vegetable: I guess corn is hands down my favorite, but I like carrots a lot too. (Raw carrots, that is—cooked ones make me want to throw up.) Also unheated green beans, and spinach.

Once in Art Metal when my friend had her wisdom teeth out and wanted ice cream, another time in Art Metal when we went outside for ‘inspiration’. Once in college I slept through a class when my roommate didn’t wake me up, and one time I just did not want to go to a class, and I knew there was no need to go anyway. …that’s six. Two hands, my bad!
108. faked sick to get out of school: I never faked sick, but occasionally when I really WAS sick and I knew I would be miserable at school, I would always try to look a little extra miserable so my mom would give me the go-ahead.
