Been a while.
Posted 5 months agoWow, it really has been a while!
I mostly hang around Bluesky and discord with friends, so I sorta forgot to upload here for a while.
Im really sorry if there will be a wall of some accumilated art from last year and this year.
A lot that happened last year was my and my husband's wedding!
It was a small courthouse-ish wedding with just family and close friends, and it was absolutly lovely! <3 <3
Later that year, the day after my birthday in fact, we had to take our 15 year old cat Amadeus to the vet to say goodbye.
He had stopped eating and could barely walk, so we knew it was time.
Ashe was getting his last shot we asked him to give us a sign - or anything to show us when the universe were ready to send us a new little cat, and speceficlly an orange boy.
Me and husband had talked about wanting an orange little one after it would be time for either of the other's passing.
We aren't really religious or anything, but i do have a mixed bag of beliefs, like reincarnation in some cases, and that people that we love and have a bond to, will return to you in any shape or form.
I dunno if its silly or true or not, but it helps to keep my mind at ease.
about a week or two later I impulse-scrolled on a fairly local buy/sell site, and right there, was an advert for an orange little kitten (and his siblings), born just 5 days after Amadeus passed.
They lived just the town over to us, wich is not very common and I just felt like 'There he is' .
I quickly showed my hubbi and he was just as amazed at this, and gave me the OK to message the owner.
We now have 2 new kittens that arrived to us in february, Solero (our Orange boy) and Ronja (a striped/Tortie little girl) , Ronja (a name we / I picked ) was going to go to another family at first, but they cancelled the day before she was going to be picked up, so we took her in as well.
This year is full of excitement still, even though we aren't going to NärCon Summer this year.
I've been playing a lot of D&D, so there is some art from that too.
And im even (trying) to write my own homebrew campaign(s), not close to be done tho.
well, yeah, thats what's been happening in my life on top of my head.

It has been quite a while!
I have a lot of art to upload since I haven't properly uploaded here since 2021 ^^;
Im adding some new gallery folders as well for my D&D- related stuff as well.

It was a while since I last made a journal here, I hope you all who reads this are doing good.
Personally, things have ben rough but im ok.
I've been trying to keep up with commissions and handle my personal life and upcoming birthdays.
( my own, 31th birthday is on November 3rd)
I've also updated my commission options a little. :3
I've also found my character Rind as a great comfort character to draw,
and I'm planning on making a suit of her whenever im able to.

New Update from the tiny mammoth!
Posted 5 years agoSo guys, Im really sad to say that I won't be able to go to NCS (NärCon Summer) this year.
Me and my Bf tried to get some Artist Alley tickets as usual but they ran out pretty quick.
Im sad I can't go but at the same time a bit relived, I've been extremly stressed and depressed for quite a while and things just have been a mess tbh. :(
I tried to make 2 separate 'Iris cooking/baking' videos for my tiny youtube page, but both just got messed up and I haven't had the energy yet to make a new one. ;;
OH!
But I fixed up my Commission page a bit so feel free to check it out!
( Since i do not get welfare anymore and have no job, any commission would help greatly!
Just mind it might take some time for me to finish it! ^^; )

A Lot To Do!

Everything is going pretty ok!
Started job training so hopefully i will get a job (and money)sometime in the future! ^^;
Sadly I don't think I will be able to go to NFC this time either, but hoping that i will get a job so i can go next time at least.;;
That said I decided to use that time to prepare for NCV and Picacon instead!
Ive been working on a partial i might bring for sale, as well as some other stuff like props and alike.
I've also been thinking for a while to make a youtube channel for Iris, so far I've been plnning to film her cooking or answering questions and so on?
I have also been working on some other personal suit heads recently that Im looking forward to show eventually.

More importantly, with some help of some good friends I have started to make my very first partial!
It's going to be of my sona Iris and so far its looking great!
I will upload pictures of her once she is finished!
Im planning to wear her at Närcon winter this February.
Someday I will make a full suit for her but rn im happy with just a partial!
