Posted 5 years agoThank you to those who contacted me to get on my instream waitlist! With all that I accepted, I should have the list emptied out again in about 3 weeks.

For anyone wondering how my instream waitlist works, they are simply quick turnaround, relatively simple commissions that give me a way to make some money on the side while I work on larger, main queue items.
Once I send you the rough sketch and get it looking to your liking, we can schedule a day and time for you to attend my stream. I will send an invoice for payment on the day of your commission's completion.
You do not HAVE to be present in the stream to receive your commission, however your being present on Picarto can help both of us as you can give me pointers and help me catch any errors in real time.
I realize I have a somewhat unique way of taking/doing commissions, so if you have a question, please don't hesitate to ask.

Posted 5 years ago Just wanted to give you guys here on FA a fair notice that my instream commission waitlist is opening up tomorrow (May 7), and there will only be a few slots!
I WILL NOT BE TAKING EXTREMELY FAT COMMISSIONS THIS ROUND. (curvy body types are okay, I'm just not doing any immobile/blobby characters for the time being)
Since FA notes are so difficult to sift through with higher volumes of incoming mail, I'd ask anyone interested to please reach me through twitter or email. Please do not contact me through these regarding commissions today! You may ask questions through comments on this journal though of course ^^
To explain, my waitlists are like a regular commission queue, except I only request payment on the day of your commission's completion.

Posted 5 years ago Hello! I just wanted to remind anyone who has been waiting in my queue that I am indeed still working on owed work. I unfortunately have to take several instream commissions a week now, due to my mom (and possibly soon my dad as well) losing her job from virus-related shutdowns. Though I am taking instream, same-day commissions, I am working on owed work every day. That said, I hope to have my queue cleared out definitely before the end of April.
PLEASE do not hesitate to reach me through twitter (@Vishykinarts) or telegram (@Vishykin) if you would like to inquire about your commission's status, or would like to schedule a time for us to work on your commission together via stream. I also see notes, but might not respond for several hours as I only check FA about twice a day.

This Month's Commissions
Posted 5 years ago For everyone who is currently waiting on art from me: I am trying to keep my work schedule as consistent as possible, but the state of things right now with the house finally getting sold, our move out date is Jan 22nd. We'll probably have to go sooner.
Everyone owed art right now will be getting their piece(s) before the end of this month. And I am going approximately in order of when payment is made (with some bigger projects excluded as they can take much longer)
If you feel you have been waiting for a while and would like to talk about the status/schedule of your specific commission, please don't hesitate to reach out to me through notes, email, or twitter. (I check twitter > notes > email) Also if I have ACCEPTED your idea but the process seems to have halted, please feel free to poke me again. I operate mainly through FA notes and Twitter DMs, so it can feel like I'm getting lost in them sometimes!
I use a physical planner, so if you don't see your commission in my trello, inquire about where it is in my planner! I can add it to the trello if you wish.

That time of year
Posted 5 years ago Just want to thank everybody for being so patient with me for the past few weeks! Not only is it the holiday season so everything is a bit wonky, but my parents have officially gotten an offer on their house!
I currently live with them and after we actually sell the house it's a little unclear where we will temporarily stay while their new house is being built. My belongings are a bit scattered and hidden away by my mother to make the house more uhh... viewable I guess? Not much looking forward to finding all my things unaccounted for.
I'm trying to move in with my bf in Virginia some 500 miles away, but that's gonna take a little time.
So thank you guys for being patient in this transitional time. After Christmas I'll be accepting more big lip icons and opening up for lightning sketches again, for those interested.
I do plan on getting back to my schedule of daily streaming and more consistent drawing, I'm just not exactly sure when I'll get to that point again.

Since MFF was absolutely crazy and it's taking me some time to recover, I think this would be a good time to just take it slow and work on my older commissions this week.

Posted 6 years ago My 1 hour timed, $40 FLAT in stream "lightning sketches" are closed until Dec 9th.

I can have 2 of these slots a day, and these are not limited to one slot per person! Feel free to ask about purchasing multiple hours.
While I can color and detail 1-2 characters in one hour, more than 2 characters will be a cell shaded uncolored sketch. I am case by case when it comes to "alternate versions" (clothed vs naked, slob vs clean) so just ask me when you propose your idea!
!!Character number does not impact price! This is a $40 flat, hourly rate!!
Because of the time limit I may take some artistic liberties when it comes to pose/angle/outfit.

Thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail: BEGIN!

This means I am for the most part unreachable aside from texts, telegram, or twitter occasionally when going through towns or when signal and time allow.

The Final Stretch
Posted 6 years agoSo it's happening. I have officially told my boss I will be quitting, and taking the time between now and mid-March to prepare to hike the Appalachian trail. I will be mostly unreachable from mid-March to around October.
This means I'll have about a month to put every day into doing all the commissions I want, and spending time with people in my real life whom I won't be seeing for several months.
I'm hoping to have a fun time trying out art full time for a few weeks! So expect more activity on here.
I'm really looking to take on commissions with kinky and soft themes (fatfur, pregnancy, hyper, expansion, etc.) , so bounce some ideas off at me and we'll see what cool stuff we can come up with!
