Hoping that this year I'll be on FA and BlueSky more frequently :3

I miss everyone. Quitting twitter over a year ago was a great decision but I've felt so isolated from the fandom. I've been behind on the latest memes and game trends, I haven't gotten art, I feel less connected to my sona.

So I'm trying to work on that! I quit nicotine, and I have been treating ADHD and depression. I've actually made some progress and it feels like there are fewer barriers to reaching out and reconnecting <3

Right now I'm working on getting excited to go do things/look forwards to cons (vs just dreading the planning/effort), and I'm trying to work on catching up with friends. I have to deal with a lot of guilt/shame from disappearing but I've been trying to remind myself that no one cares about that and they'll just be happy to see/hear from me <3



AWOO, happy 2025. Let this year be another of recovery and remembering how to lean on the fandom for support and comfort. Shouldn't be too hard, the furry fandom has been one of the most important things in my life for nearly 20 years now. I hope it will be riding a bike <3

Soooooooo oops it's been 9 years since my last journal here, which is just a mind boggling statement lol. Wilder is the realization that I've been on this site for about half my life.

Friends I made here and on AIM and MySpace back in the day: I still think of you <3 I cringe but also remember the magic of meeting people online back then, and discovering queer and furry spaces.

Special shout-out to some of the oldest friends I had here. Kitoichi, Chryss, Guri, Anath/sloy, Croix, and so many others - you all helped me find my place in the world and I wish I could remember more from back then <3
