I have always loved the art of creating anthropomorphic characters in any form of media. I am the head writer and director of an animated Sci-fi TV series called Carwailea that is currently in the making, featuring the anthropomorphic characters I have created.

Be proud to be a Furry artist (G)
If you are an artist who's dream is to create the things you want to create, then set your mind to that dream.
There is never any need to feel shy or embarrassed by your ideas or creations. Even though there may be some people you meet across the course of your lifetime who disapprove of the kind of art you create, never let the opinions of others discourage you. As long as what you do isn't causing harm to anyone, you do what makes you happy and never lose pride in your creations.
If you make mistakes along the way and create art you later regret, never be ashamed of those mistakes. Take them as learning experiences and keep moving forward. Failure is the greatest teacher.
If you feel some of your art may be too strange or unconventional for others to understand or except, then always remember that some of the greatest creative minds of our history have been artists who were in no way conventional, like Salvador Dali. If your art is strange or unusual, its probably because it is actually brilliant.
