If you don't get your emailed updates/don't have access to the downloads and updates you've purchased
1. Email cozycatdelivery[at]gmail.com with "Update Help" in the subject line
2. Provide the paypal email, personal email entered at checkout and what base you purchased in the message field, just to verify your purchase.
3. Provide which files you are missing as well as any proof of purchase you may have

If you have yet to receive a reply within 3-4 business days, please contact us again with either; a note to us here through FA/or another email to the same designated email address just in case something went wrong and we have yet to respond!
