i had a full fledged panic attack last night and had to stay in the ER, but it got better cos they gave me some meds
talking so much lately but yeah, getting out wasn't gonna work and i could feel myself ready to snap a mile a head--i just wish my family didn't yell at me while i was stuck on the floor, they got SO mad so mad so mad
i'm not throwing a pity party but i genuinely do feel like a worthless piece of shit who can barely do much to help myself, let alone those i'm a caregiver for
where i go from this, unsure. but i don't feel like drawing for the time being. i may very well get a random inspiration next week and upload some stuff
but hey yeah christmas hi i hope i can get my meds filled soon
