Hey there folks! Now that my house is built and I have confirmed it can stay warm at pretty cold temperatures, I wanna post that I am looking for a roommate!

Ideally for a roommate I wanna live with someone that is an ab/dl or at least enjoys diapers in some way shape or form, because I don't want to have to walk on eggshells and pray I don't forget to put away my pacifier or something. Also in this town, Medieval history and combat is a popular thing, if wearing steel armor and beating on your friends with an axe or mace is your thing, great training opportunity here!

I dont even want to charge any rent, as I only want a roommate because I want someone to talk to, that I have something in common with!

As a heads up! This town offers a lot of jobs where the minimum wage is 20$ an hour, and that is if you have zero experience in the field! Plus tonnes of opportunities for overtime!

For those that enjoy the outdoors, there is a huge ammount of wilderness, there is a lake for swimming a 10 minute drive away, a lake for fishing a half hour away, multiple campgrounds, and lots of hunting opportunities. Yes, we do have guns in canada!

Firstly, it is in the town of Mayo, in the Yukon Territory of canada. It is a very small town of maybe 400 people. It has a grocery store, liquor store, post office, bank and restaurant. You can still get everything you need shipped via internet at least!

Second, my house is small, it is essentially two bedrooms with an entryway, or one bedroom and a living room. There isn't much space, but I would be renting out my living room and turning it into a bedroom for whomever rents. Pictures are available to those who want!

Third, I have no running water or electricity. I read by candle light which works surprisingly well. I charge all my devices at my place of work, and I use cellphone data for entertainmenr. There is an outhouse for bathroom use, and I use a bucket and cloth for bathing. During the summer I set up an outdoor shower which is actually pretty nice!

It is firewood heat, which means to stay warm one has to bring in firewood and keep the fire going. And fire heat is tough to regulate, the fire usually is either too hot or too cold.

And last one off the top of my head is that im an AB/DL and I love crossdressing,
so unless you enjoy either of those things or can at least put up with me enjoying them, it might not be for you to live here.

When I get my house wired for electricity and internet I would hope for some help with the bills if possible :D the airport which is my place of work has access to electricity and internet, though the internet is not good for downloading things.

Eventually I will be getting plumbing, running water and all that, though it will cost me 15 thousand dollars for a well, and another 30 thousand dollars for sewer, so that won't be for at least 5 years before I can afford it.
