I am seriously contemplating moving to a new page.

First, it was a mistake to put a tilde "~" in a nickname when "Vinity" was still available back in 2011. At the time, I thought it would look fancy and symmetrical in my profile ("~Vinity~") but recently it has caused a couple of inconveniences:

• I can't use my URL on some websites because they ignore a tilde or refuse to accept the URL whatsoever (Twitter, for example)
• It is a pain in the arse for people to refer to my page since they have to always put a tilde at the end of my nickname, so it's no surprise that sometimes they forget to do it (can't blame them! it was my "genius" idea after all)

It all results in a case when, instead of my page, URL loses a tilde and becomes  vinity which is not me!

Second, last year I decided to go under the nickname "Vyunka" so "Vinity" just doesn't sit right with me anymore and I don't want to confuse people.

FA still hasn't implemented a feature to request a nickname change, thank you so much I am tired of waiting, to be honest.

If nickname change was possible, I'd go for it, but dealing with "Vinity~" has become unbearable.
