Declining commissions
I have full right to decline any commission that i think will not work out for my part of the half. Or do not follow my T.O.S/Rules.

Payment plans
These will not be accepted, you will be asked to pay upfront with PayPal or points. Before you pay you will be placed on a COMMISSION WIDGET if you are paying with points. If paying with PayPal you will be asked to pay through GOODS AND SERVICES.

Commissioning
When commissioning me you MUST fill out the form that will be listed in this journal. You will also be expected to write the password in your comment somewhere so i know you have read my T.O.S. If you fail to do this i will decline your commission and you will have to delete/hide your comment and retype it. If i see that you have edited your previous comment i will confront you about it and decline your commission once more. [Pass= Peach ring king]

Harassment/bothering
This will not be tolerated. I have a life outside of art, so if your commission takes more than a week please be patient. I am trying to work on them as fast as i can while being taught by a good friend of mine to make my skills better. If you ask me more than three times i will have to give you a warning, after that first warning and you ask again i will cancel your commission with NO refund. Yes this might seem harsh but its the way the world works.

Refunds
If you have already paid for your commission and later are wanting a refund, there will be NO refund back. I will not take arguments on this.
