Please read before commissioning
This TOS has been adapted loosely from Daemon_Lady and Zephrynatrinity’s TOS’s
ART TOS
💛I only accept Paypal for online commissions.
💛At conventions, I accept cash, cards via Square, and Paypal.
-If I know you in real life and you live within 20 miles of me, I’ll accept cash or alternate, pre-agreed upon forms of payment.
💛The full payment needs to be received before starting.
-I only offer partial payments on pieces priced at or over $50, but I will wait until the final payment is received before starting.
💛I only offer refunds up until the sketch is done and you’ve approved it.
-If, for whatever reason, I need to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.
💛I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
💛I have two queues that I work from: an art queue, and a resin charm queue. These are done in tandem and typically on a first come, first serve basis.
💛I make all major changes at the sketch phase. If I’ve already lined it, you’re out of luck.
💛If I make a mistake on markings or anything minor, let me know asap so I can correct it.
💛If a resin charm or physical copy of a digital badge is lost and you'd like another copy, let me know and I can recreate it for a small fee to cover materials and shipping.
💛You may not create bases, trace, or heavily reference any artwork that you have commissioned from me. This is not a negotiation, and doing so will get you automatically blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.
💛You may not otherwise edit or make changes to my artwork unless given permission directly.
💛Please understand and respect that I have a life outside of my computer.
ADOPT TOS
💛The full payment must be made within 24 hours, unless we discussed it otherwise and an agreement has been made.
💛Once paid for, the character is yours to do with as you please. This includes changing their markings, gender, name, etc., provided the character is still recognizable.
💛You cannot resell an adopt for more than you bought it for, unless you bought additional art or physical products for the character.
💛You may not make alterations to the original artwork of the adopt, unless you are given permission directly.
FURSUIT TOS
💛A 30% down payment will be expected up front to be used for materials.
-I don’t offer partial payments on head bases.
💛Shipping fees are the client's responsibility. When the item is completed, I will get a shipping quote on it, and when the fee is paid, the item will be sent.
💛I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason.
💛A clear reference is required to get you an accurate quote.
💛I do not currently take rush orders. If you need it by a certain date, I can try to accommodate it.
💛WIP photos and/or videos will be given at each step.
💛If you wear glasses in suit, please let me know at the beginning so I can make extra room to accommodate them comfortably!
💛If you’re allergic to dogs, please let me know! I come from a household that has a hypoallergenic breed, but I like to play it safe. He isn’t allowed in the work room, but we can take additional measures to make sure your base is kept as allergen free as possible.
By commissioning or buying an adoptable from me, you agree to my TOS to the fullest extent. If, for any reason, my TOS is breached, I have the right to issue a full or partial refund for the amount of work that has been done and discontinue business.
