Hello everyone, I hope you are well!
I wanted to update you on the latest events discussed in my previous journal entry, and I'll try to be brief because, I must admit, this was all very painful for me to write.

The hard fight ended in April, to our great despair when the harmful effects of cancer suddenly accelerated and, as I told you, we feared the worst. Alas, the worst did indeed happen, and my mom has finally gone to a better place where, I hope, she will never suffer again. She was brave and combative, and fought until the end. I stayed by her side as long as I could to support her with all my being. No one wanted it to end like this, and it is terribly unfair. We said goodbye in our own way, sometimes a look is enough. I had also made a small post to talk about this heartbreaking moment and pay tribute to her through a small drawing done the same day:

As you can easily understand, the last few months have been extremely difficult. Emotionally, I am a wreck trying every day to rise to the surface, to heal from this irreplaceable loss. Not to mention all the heavy and burdensome administrative procedures that followed and are still going on, only rubbing salt into the wound. She will be with me every day from now on, as that's what many people who have had similar experiences have told me but I miss her terribly. The family has pulled together and we have united to support each other. I have lost my mother, and my grandparents have lost their only daughter, but I am there for them now and watching over them. Fortunately, I am well surrounded.

Speaking of support, I wanted to thank you all so much for the immense and invaluable support you've given me over the past few months.
All your donations and messages of support not only helped me cope with these sad events, but thanks to your kindness and compassion they have kept me afloat when I could no longer draw/work at all. Thank you for showing me all your support and affection, and for showing me that I was legitimate in your eyes as an artist.
I haven't drawn since April, but I've been able to focus on big side projects that have kept my brain busy every day. It's a technique I've found that has helped me quite a bit over the past few months to avoid sinking into despair and allow me to stay active. My moods are up and down, but being able to stay active and work on projects that are personally close to my heart has brought me a lot of positive vibes.

So I wanted to thank you again with all my heart because it is thanks to you that these moments of physical and mental respite were possible during these last months. Thank you for your immense generosity which prevented me from sinking even deeper. I truly consider myself lucky to have a wonderful community that enjoys my work and is always ready to give a helping hand. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this ordeal.
I also plan to gradually get back into drawing silly green, big fluffies, mighty beasts and posting brand new content at my own pace. I also have some Hrothgars to draw as well.
So brace yourself for new drawings. I deeply hope you'll enjoy these future upcoming creations!
