A memorial piece for my Nana
I have a vivid memory of a summer afternoon spent on the swing set with my grandmother. I lost her yesterday and would like to have this memory made into a piece of art. She raised me from an early age and was like a mother to me, I’m devastated by the loss. She was truly the most loving person i’ve ever known.
Here is the memory, adapted of course as we will both be bears. Grandmother bear and her grandson cub swinging on a wooden bench swing in a field of grass and yellow buttercups, the forest can be seen in the distance. It’s a sunny summer day with big puffy clouds against a blue sky (the kind of clouds that an imaginative cub can make out shapes in). a jet is flying across the sky leaving a contrail in it’s wake. Grandmother is singing (text bubble with music notes) “We’re leaving on a Jet Plane...” as the cub points to a cloud shaped vaguely like a brontosaurus and a text bubble above his head says “Nana! Look it’s a dinosaur!”. The viewpoint would be from behind the swing, we see grandmother on the left, grandson on the right holding paws which can be seen between the slats on the bench. The cub is pointing with his right paw.
I’d like to commission a full shaded piece with a professional polish. As to style, not overly toony, anthropomorphic bears with proper paws with the proper number of fingers and toes (5 per paw, we don’t have 4!) and plantigrade legs. The bears are grizzlies. If you or someone you know is available to make this a reality please send me a link to some of your work and pricing, It means the world to me to make this happen.
Thank you,
Arcas (The Cuddle Grizzly) Panserbjörn
